If you are talking about displaying on the game map, then you may have the display of these items disabled in the map filters. The filter is located near the vertical slider, above the + icon. Also, some locations in the game are displayed incorrectly or are completely missing, at least this was the case at the start on the 21st.
There is also an exploration area, which is unlocked over time and until the area is available, nothing can be collected there
