The coughing up blood scene was brilliant. Sometimes, showing your stuff takes more than a measured swing, and proving you'll bleed for it with a smile on your face is unnerving to even the strongest.
The thing that makes this funny is the fact that in the JoJo universe, a Stand like this would be something.. quite normal

Boyfriend's stand "Girlfriend" is very similar to D'Arby's stand, they both force enemy to play games under some rules, and the loser will die(lost soul/head explodes). It can be a very normal stand in JoJo.

The Friday Night McMadness mod has you face off against the MUGEN Ronald, and one of his gimmicks is a time stop segment that works exactly the same way it does in this video.
Maybe my favourite part here is how Girlfriend *works* like a Stand would.
Even if it's BF, she *has* to apply the rules. You can see her deal damage to him after DIO's time stop. "High maintenance" indeed
Kevin went from beep boop beep to voicing one of the most iconic characters in the gaming history Mario and Luigi
I like the detail of「GIRLFRIEND」seemingly activating just as Dio stops time. (Also just her visuals in general with the FNF demon eyes re-activating afterwards, pretty cool looking. )

Friday Night Funkin’ causes any one person that agrees to sing with the user to enter a “minigame” consisting of a pocket dimension that mimics the environment around it. The user or the target then initiates the “game” by “singing”, causing a series of notes to hit arrows overhead. The user or the target will then either have to repeat the pattern, or create a melody to continue the “song”. When either the user or the target misses a certain number of notes, they will immediately die via cranial explosion and testicular destruction.
It should be noted that the target’s stand abilities are able to be used during the game, but are altered to relate to the game itself, (a time stopping stand can spam notes in an instant, a stand with tentacles can move notes, etc.). In addition, the skill of the user is unrelated to the stand, though the stand may encourage the user through simply gestures.

i think that the reason why BF's opponents don't kill him is because of his latent stand, Fresh (Boyfriend Mix), which unconsciously nudges the opponents towards rap battling with him instead of straight up shooting him or something.
