Anybody selling you an NFT AND telling you it’s an investment is a scammer. Period. Anyone on the internet saying you should ‘*invest* in my nft’ is most likely scamming you. This is true; there are countless examples of this happening.
Destiny never claimed selling nfts is a scam. The way he presented his nfts were not as investments, but instead just as an alternative way to support the stream. By the logic of fanatic, stream donations are scams too!
Selling nfts isn’t wrong. Selling nfts and telling people they’re a good investment and ‘you’ll make loads of money’ IS wrong.
