Korg Krome EX 88 vs Roland Fantom-08: Sound vs Sound COMPARISON! Which one SOUNDS better?

Having an big upright piano at home, I’d say that the Korg Krome EX’s woody piano sounds are near the piano we have. The reason why I bought the Korg Krome EX in copper color. For my usage, mostly live playing at church playing mostly piano and pads and orchestral sounds, the Krome EX is right at the bat.

For me it all has to do with work flow, both sound great.

I honestly had no idea which would sound better. And, after listening to them, I'd have to call it a tie. The acoistic pianos on both are disappointing. The FM EP on the Korg was better, but the organ engine on the Roland is much better. And the other sounds are a wash.
So it comes down to other factors. The Roland has a much better and more useful panel, optional plugins for vintage synths and great DAW integration. The 88 key action is also better. So I'd give the win to the Roland.

Thanks for the comparison but is the Korg
in stereo recorded ? The first sounds are like monophonic sounds...
