Only had one drink. DWI = Driving while impaired, so it was drugs then. And they are not reporting it, because that may prevent him from going on his world tour. I have always thought he is a jerk. Clearly, he remains an irresponsible jerk.

One doesn't need to have parental custody, and the other is almost there.
