Thank you bro. I have no idea where my manual is as I think I've had this watch for close to ten years. I just changed the battery and although I figured out how to properly set the date, day of week, digital time, etc. I couldn't figure out the analog hands. Hell yeah TH-cam!
On my watch the time is set correctly, but the upper needle that calibrates the time goes to the “over” point after calibrating, it doesnt go back to 0. Do u know how to fix this?
Didn't work for me and unsure why. Actual time is 10.10am, digital time is correct. Speed hand is aligned however the main hands want to be at 2pm so I brought them back as instructed, pressed Adjust once and they did not move into position to display correct time. Very frustrating.

I had to reverse it 1 hour by manually pressing the R button to get all hands at 1200. I then hit adjust, and damn it worked.. thanks..

When I press and hold the adjust button, nothing happens physically. Just a digital prompt asking what time zone I want to be in.
