When the 4 wheel peel stops on these shit boxes , its always the actuator on the front differential or a vacuum leak ......... easy fix with a little work !

Those Jimmy / Blazer front axles use a vacuum line to engage the front hubs. I Guarantee you ripped up the vacuum line and that’s what made it 2WD.

You may not know but Oldsmobile also had a rebadged Jimmy. It was called the Bravada. It was like the luxury version of the jimmy and blazer lol

I had a 1998 4x4 Jimmy SLT 4 door. Best car I ever owned. I used to go off roading all the time. I NEVER once got stuck. I literally went through everything. I would literally try to get stuck but it never happened. I went on an off road trail/course with a Jeep enthusiast and I did circles around him. He was so mad. He couldn't figure out what the hell was happening. He couldn't accept that my 98 Jimmy out did his Jeep Cherokee off road. He actually got stuck in the mud I was just playing in and after a long time of making it worse for himself he finally let me pull him out....😂😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣
