15:45 FUEL is NOT randomly generated. Maybe the fuel barrel placement is, but the land, roads, and buildings are in the game files. The fact that Asobo fit this game into 4.7GB is astonishing.

So I did a bit of investigating, and I found out that Fuel's game map is 74.57 mi. to a side, with 5560 square miles of playable area (with very few game maps being larger). Which is about, maybe, nine counties in my area. Out of 52 in my state. Sticking to the roads, it takes about a half hour to get across one of them. In real-world terms, Fuel's map isn't very big. In video-game terms... that is _massive_! Color me impressed.
Fuel makes me lonely in free roam. Fun to roam, kind of lonely. Just you, the occasional road and truck, that guitar music that makes you feel lonely, and the sound of a loud engine.*They really should bring the multiplayer free roam back*

I'm not sure about this, but Just Cause 2's map was 1k km², and it look at least 16 times smaller than that map, so it's anywhere between 16-21km², and apparently the distance between central America and Egypt is 4k km.
In the gameplay trailer they said ''explore over 400km of....''. In Just Cause 2's box it says 1000km. They even said they were focusing more on density then size for JC3.
The Freeman Initiative and it case a simple map is too complicated forr you, those 3, yes 3 countries are the only ones that use miles instead of Kilometres.
KM and Meters are used world wide including the USA in science, the imperial system is more redundant than the metric, at least the metric follows a system, base 10, whereas the imperial system is somewhat random, for example 12in = 1ft, 3ft = 1yd. already an inconstancy, metric follows a perpetual system of 10=1 10=1 10=1, this also makes calculations easier to do, and conversions easier to memorize. But I realize this may all be wasted on you, because your reaction, was that of a child's.
Dan's videos are hilarious when you just listen to them in the background while doing other things. You just hear him talk about random things and laugh because you have no idea what he is saying. For example, at 1:48:45. I had NO idea what was going on or why he was doing that, it was just out of nowhere and made me laugh so hard. ...maybe I'm just easily amused >_>
I think this is one of the best games ever made... Especially for its time! 5560 square non-randomly generated miles on 4.7GB... Games like The Crew are 20-30GB and are only 1900 square miles! Not to mention the beauty of the game and sheer fun of the races... WE NEED FUEL 2!
Another point in a melon vs orange comparison is that, unlike melons, you can't eat oranges forever due to citric acid. Eventually it just starts burning through your bloody(literally if you'll ignore the sheer _pain_ for long enough) tongue. On the other hand, the only inconvenience with melons is seeds, and even they are harmless save for some possible rare condition that suddenly makes them all evil and lethal.

Well...dressing in a way you like is a form of expression. Sure, at home I sit around in a t-shirt with coffee stains and some baggy pants, but when I go out I "express myself", dressing in a style that I think represents and fits me. FUEL is the biggest non-randomly generated game ever to exists to this very day, and even after No Man's sky comes out because all the plantes will be randomly generated before being saved to the servers
its the biggest vehicular game, yes, but not the biggest game ever, technically the biggest game ever is Flight Sim X but this only really copied google earth so it doesnt really count, the biggest game ever is The Elder Scrolls 2 which is 60,000 miles squared, Fuel is 5,000 miles, you have to compare quality to quantity though, this game is only big because the entire game is pretty much just a flat open area of nothing-ness, lol i drove all the way across the map just to say that i did it and to see if there was actually anything in the game and i wanted to see how long it would take to get from one end to the other, there were landmarks dotted around but it was mostly just an open world of nothing-ness, i drove from top left of the map down to bottom right, i was gonna go to top right and bottom left of map to see what were in all 4 corners but i never bothered going to the other two corners, im surprised that this youtuber didnt use a faster vehicle if he was gonna do such a long trek

America is full of variety, Practically every climate, biome, and terrain is covered in north america and if you plot your course correctly, you can drive all the way from Alaska to Panama without ever seeing a city. Though you'd probably run out of supplies.
