There are not 11 cubic meters in that shovel, do not you think you're confusing it with cubic yards that is 0.76 cubic meters, ie 8.4 cubic meters. With 11 cubic meters, the contents of the shovel should fill the trucks with 1.5 shovels. Greetings from an old truck driver
Komatsu PC800 excavators range from 3.1 cubic meters to 3.4 cubic meters. It can be estimated that it is about 4.5 cubic meters when it is piled up.Greetings from Japan
this is powder has almost no means water !! the 22m3 they give almost 22 tonnes and not 25 tonnes ! If there has means another kind of SOIL then ginaite and 25 tonnes !
yea I doubt that's 11 cubes. I run a pc800lc mass X with a 9 yard bucket which is around 6 cubes and if you fill the bucket a little more than that you land in the trucks. you would need a 1250 for that size bucket. and I've seen 11 m3 buckets they are way bigger than that by almost double
You know it and I understand what you're saying . so I told the owner of an operator, and machine ! With 2 buckets puts over 25 tons of coal , which is the proportion cubic per tonne !
This material comes out in the proportion 1 ton / yard. ara 11 cubic meters is 11 tonnes and with it that is out of the bucket if estimated 2-3 cubic is 2-3 tonnes in each bucketful ara ara in total from 24 to 26 tons in the truck ! It is very light soil ! in other cases it has a second bucket who is 6 cubic meters !
Hello friends. I'm interested to watch your videos. I forgot to say.i follow your videos from a small village of Iran. I wonder if you would tell me how much is the weight of each bucket?
@@katerinaganiti8843 wow what amazing, my colleague is excavator operator, I forgot to say that I'm a truck driver from a small village of Iran where near to Caspian sea
One cubic metre of dry, course sand weighs 1.6 long tonnes. If this bucket is actually putting 11 cubic metres per pass into these trucks, then that is 11 times 2 times 1.6 or 35.2 long tonnes. I do not believe that any dual steer tandem ON-ROAD truck could handle such loads. They do not have the suspension, the tires or the frame to withstand that kind of punishment.
I'm still trying figure that out. I found between 23-28 ton on tri drives and tandem with drop axles. Effectively 4 axles same as these. I run a pc800lc-8 mass X with a 9 yard bucket which is 6.8 meters. With a full heaping scoop of clay I will almost always land in a truck. No way he is swinging 11 meters. By the looks of his machine it's the same exact one I run.
Perfect view, congratulations 👍👍
So relaxing to watch

Anders Vinther yes it isn't 11 cubic meter it should 8-9 heaped loading cubic meters

What do they do with the dirt
this coal must be quite wet: it nearly doesn't dust...22 m³ gives 25 metric, british or us-tonnes?

Can we get more in cab videos? :)
I try to make more!
How about where they dump the coal?
Coal is light why do you load trucks maybe from 70% ?

+HEAVY DUTY MACHINES most conversions are around 1.5 ton/yard. if my 9 yard bucket is 13 ton per scoop

Definitely not filling the trucks
@Josh Goerlach depends on what you class as full. Trucks hydraulics will only lift so much, coal is lighter than rock or clay though.
