I am surprised by Maison Francois.Its a cafe that is hidden too well. I would recommend you try Birley Bakery and St George (Chelsea). Parcafe Dorchester hotel and Claridges Artspace Cafe.

Also a useful one would be to test those from different coffee shop chains (climpson and sons, blank street, frequency, redemption roasters) to see which one is best. And do an overall ranking in tier list ( S - creme de la creme A - solid - B - if in desperate need - C - would not eat again - F - is this supposed to be eaten) . It could be fun

thanks for the recommendations, went to blank st and climpsons but not the rest, hjem looks good.
Having just last night learned of the TRIO PAC at The Connaught Patisserie, I'd love to see and hear your thoughts on that.
