Hello I'm medical student thanks for your video. in 22:44 how do you differentiate PA or AP view of hand? I confused because for example right hand dorsal view is exactly same with left hand Palmar view?? How we differentiate dorsal and palmar view??

The number 2 answer should've been coracoid process right? The Coronoid process is in the ulna?

you should have the direction printed on the picture, either L or R
