Best thing about Rock Cafe is the way that every item on the menu is named after musician. Whoever decided to name a steak after famous vegetarian Paul McCartney is a genius level troll (the food itself is kinda Wetherspoons level). Despite the name, Rock Island is mainly accoustic music and always worth a visit. Harry from the Nomad Brothers is on there every Wednesday
Gotta say Kev... Rock Cafe has to be THE best venue for live music on the Island. (if you want a lively - audience participating atmosphere that is!) Great rock and pop bands on every night of the week! The food in there is spot on too mate as are the very friendly ( and sometimes crazy) bar staff... Eric, Tiffany, Hiram, Karen, Gabriel ( The Cocktail King!) All great people! 🤘 And that Tandoori SPICES Restaurant (next to 7 Pints Pub)... try them out pal.... One of the best currys I've ever had in Corralejo! AND... if you walk down that side street where the York Bar is... to the end.. there's the Cornerhouse Sports Bar there on the corner... Crackin' place to watch any football matches, well ventilated and comfy seats with cheap beer too! 👍
Best thing about the rock cafe is the taxi rank outside. Will never get drunk in here as they virtually refuse to serve you if you go to the bar so it can be a cheap night . Back in April 24 so will give it one more go to see if there has been any improvements, but i doubt it.
There is a slight short cut but not worth it as the streets are bit dark at night there , stick to walking to Harbour stay on main prom turn left and it's 1 min walk when u see restaurant attached to it u know u r there.
Tenerife is a lot more expensive than Corralejo for hostels, I paid around £15 a night for my hostel in Corralejo, a hostel in Tenerife will set you back around £30 double the price.
is it just me but I’ve booked to go here on holiday on my own and the place looks dead like know one there not just this video on evry video seem like a ghost time 😊

Everest Spice was an awesome Indian restaurant I went to and the best breakfast was at Cantante.

Kevin heading to the dunas club on the 14th January.. Is there a short cut walk to it from the main street.. Without walking along the harbour??

Have you tried Finnegans bar.Two irish guys own it.They will tell you everything you want to know about corralejo.Great live music at the weekend.
