What about 120fps in 8K lol? I heard the S1H was by far the best video camera of it's time, so if they manage to do something like that, then they will get the crown again.
Keep Dreaming xD this dude has been saying the same thing for like the last few months and only gets his inform from bigger channels who announce their info first.
At least 90% moire is gone with a simple cheap diffusion filter (like a Black Pro Mist)...which is essential to have anyway to get rid of the clinical digital look and make it more filmlike so win-win. 👍
you basicly describe a S1H 1.5 . s1h II will have 6k 60 8k 30 and 4k 120 fps. Still have his OPLF filter ( THE THING that make the image more cinematic and clean) . But I doubt on the Internal ND ( at a cost of a less good IBIS) and the cost of needs to stay between 3500-4500 $ . But hopefully we will get a S5 II S ( with 4k 120 fps/ 6k 60)
I really hope they release a new S1 or S3 higher end camera! I’m thinking of getting into the l mount ecosystem but the thing holding me back is the lack of a higher end one to later upgrade to. The reason why some cameras can’t shoot 60fps without crop is due to rolling shutter. If we get a camera that could shoot 4k60 uncropped, that would mean that there would be a really good rolling shutter speed too!
@ Yeah, you’re right about that one. Sony’s been building out the E-mount for more than a decade now while the L mount is fairly new. That being said I mostly adapt lenses, but it would be nice to get a few native lenses.
It’s only now that I’ve noticed that the EVA1 was branded as Panasonic and not Lumix. I’d love to see a Lumix branded cinema camera that’s an EVA1 mk2 on steroids!!
Internal ND, 6k 120p uncrop 10 bit 422 and 4k 240p uncrop 10 bit 422, both with the new Autofocus system. 32 bit float audio, Arri C-log, Qudriple Based ISO 800/3200/6400/12,000, 17+ Sop Dynamic Range☝🏽😍
Yup, 4k 60 un cropped and 120fps with small crop, all in raw format and omg internal ND that would be great! Also maybe an internal SSD for backups, usb C to PC instant video camera feed, faster menus especially when browsing photos and videos + more leica approved lens with a decent price :)
I think it was really tough releasing flagship cameras right before covid and then trying to work and adapt through that time. The impact was across all industries and we are still feeling the after effects today
I just need 4k60 and a faster readout speed. The niche GH7 features like 32bit float and internal raw would be nice to have but not necessary IMO, especially if they want to keep the GH line special,l. As long as I have fat internal All-I codecs and a decenttly fast sensor, I'm good.
Panasonic is so good so im very excited for this news. S9 didnt appeal to me for several reasons. Im still rocking my S5 and S5ii. AF is very good but all these new cameras are getting AI tracking. That really does make a huge difference.
Honestly I don't think there is a need for an s1hii. By the final updates, there was very little separating the s1 and s1h. They are all things I could see rolled into an s1ii. Keep the hybrid bodies as hybrid then release something more like an fx3 or 6
Sadly I have a feeling it won’t be the s1hii. Almost too much hype with no substantial evidence. It just ain’t happening in my opinion. (I hope im wrong )
Doing my research into L mount I was astonished to find there is exactly 1 apsc L mount camera! I think an S1 replacement would make the most sense thougb.
@frankenstein2735 There is a huge difference between 4:2:2 and 4:4:4. In 4:2:2, a large portion of the color information is lost if there’s a lot of detail in the image. In a landscape, for example, the colors don’t separate from each other, so a cable crossing in front of a row of trees may take on the color of the trees. There’s a significant difference in color between the S5II X RAW recording and the internal recording. Why don’t you want to get the full information captured by the sensor? With an increase in size of about 20-30%, you could almost get RAW quality images.
@ferencjozsa3867 lol i make money with shooting video and even 8 bit in 4.2.2 is enough for everything. No one NEEDS 4.4.4 pixel peeping is for losers. Go out there and make some money with your camera instead!
CES 2025 was just the other day. Think about this, just think; why wouldn't Panasonic make such an announcement there? My guess is that there is nothing coming at all. False hope. Sorry lads.
Hope for!! high end cinema Lumix Camera with global shutter and 120fps 6K in 4:2:2 plus ND 🎉
What about 120fps in 8K lol? I heard the S1H was by far the best video camera of it's time, so if they manage to do something like that, then they will get the crown again.

yes we need a new R and H, but damn I really want a new TINY m43 camera with all the tech.
There is a new omsystem coming
I hope they release the s1h2 and the s1h2 box version at the same time
I live in Ukraine so I'll test this camera veeery late...If survive...
Just don't live there
@coin777 very smart solution, mr. genious
I"m praying that you will survive. What your going through, you deserve to see this camera.
@@arh12476 appriciete that and wish you well
@@coin777if only he had thought of that solution.
I just need a S5iix but without moirè, 4k 60p no crop and no lag with an external monitor. DEAL!
By the way i'm so into your channel mate, keep it up!
forgot the rolling shutter
@frankenstein2735 can deal with it
At least 90% moire is gone with a simple cheap diffusion filter (like a Black Pro Mist)...which is essential to have anyway to get rid of the clinical digital look and make it more filmlike so win-win. 👍
@ sure about it? Tested it? Because I normally apply a 1/8 black pro mist to smoothen the digital look, so it would be great

Gimme anything with 4k 60p full sensor.
4k60 and global shutter are the only things I want.
If not global shutter then stacked cmos with low low low ms readout speeds
You mean high speed lol
@ I mean low ms.
My dream camera would be 60MP, 8k30, 4K60 F, 4k120 Apsc, eND , LUMIX Lab, for under $4k. That’s possible for 2025
And it turned out to be a point and shoot woohoo
I really hope they release a new S1 or S3 higher end camera! I’m thinking of getting into the l mount ecosystem but the thing holding me back is the lack of a higher end one to later upgrade to.

I haven an s5... honestly not happy with the L mount ecosystem. Sony E-mount has far more interesting and useful lens options.
@ Yeah, you’re right about that one. Sony’s been building out the E-mount for more than a decade now while the L mount is fairly new. That being said I mostly adapt lenses, but it would be nice to get a few native lenses.

You get it
I'm a frequent watcher but you're kind of stretching these videos for a while. Focus on clarity and quality.
3 camera registerd yeeeeeee its all gona release from Feb -May 25 according to Lrumors
4K 180 no crop, With ND, 16 stop dynamic range. fast processor. Proress raw, ARRI log.
Will we ever get a telephoto lens other than Sigma
Why do you think they are taking forever?
I think it was really tough releasing flagship cameras right before covid and then trying to work and adapt through that time. The impact was across all industries and we are still feeling the after effects today
I have no hope that it is from the S1 family.
Maybe it is an S5IIR reusing the SL2 sensor.
I just need 4k60 and a faster readout speed. The niche GH7 features like 32bit float and internal raw would be nice to have but not necessary IMO, especially if they want to keep the GH line special,l. As long as I have fat internal All-I codecs and a decenttly fast sensor, I'm good.

Why is nobody asking for smaller raw file size, like any other camera?
Panasonic is so good so im very excited for this news. S9 didnt appeal to me for several reasons. Im still rocking my S5 and S5ii. AF is very good but all these new cameras are getting AI tracking. That really does make a huge difference.
S9 only one card slot is an instant no no

g100 mk 2

Hope you’re wrong too because that’s the one I’m waiting for!
you will be right
If its not that camera or a s1ii then lujmix will take a big fall. So many people will be leaving them. Watch
Doing my research into L mount I was astonished to find there is exactly 1 apsc L mount camera! I think an S1 replacement would make the most sense thougb.
A full frame GH7 😮
Gonna kill everyone
I'd say it's W Rumors, not L Rumors :D
It's confirmed by a rumor?
of course, that's how the internet works
No announcement in CES 2025. So, should we still hope? The keynote didn't sound promising.
www.l-rumors.com/panasonic-lumix-s1r-successor-will-be-announced-in-february/
Please 4:4:4 12bit h264/h265
for what? just for bragging? there is no big real life beneffit
No one needs 4.4.4
