Large pass through laundry to drop zone nice but do prefer an enclosed laundry. Bedroom 2 with en-suite. Love it. Covered lanai and fenced. All needed is a pool and outdoor kitchen. Massive primary. Agree. Don’t need to be on display in the shower. Like the split closet. The 1st floor enough. From outside I thought it was a 1-story but upstairs is a great space. Large bedrooms indeed. Yep! I like the flexibility of it. If you don't want or need the 2nd floor, you can just do the Easley (minus the. "grand")
