If you have half a cabbage, prepare this delicious and satisfying dish for lunch or dinner. I don't know why I've never made cabbage using this recipe before. This cabbage dish will surprise you with its wonderful taste. Cook with joy!

1/2 cabbage.
1 onion.
1 carrot.
3 eggs.
500 ml kefir or thick yogurt / 17 oz.
300 grams flour /10.6 oz.
1 teaspoon baking soda or baking powder.
Salt, black pepper.
Vegetable oil for frying.

I never understood why my mother got up at 4am to hand shred potatoes for my potato pancakes with fresh apple sauce. I've realized that cooking with love is a great quality. It says a lot about a person. The time, the work, the outcome, the happy smiles enjoying the meal with the one(s) you love. I hate to come back to the States as I know I will not be getting this.
Bread truck in the morning with bread hot and fresh everyday and the beer truck too😂. Now, I love to help cook though some say I'm taking the long way. In the end as whoever eats my German dish talks about it for weeks.
I've met many Americans who said they hate simple sour kraut until they have mine!😋
Cooked ALL day with onions, bräuts and love, they leave their plates clean 😂.

funny story ! i remember as a kid watching my older brother always asking my mom to make him different foods , it got to a point , he was always asking her to make stuff in between meals .
i had a thought as a young child , when i got bigger , i wouldn't do that to her . sooooooo ,i began learning how to do stuff for myself , at age 12 , i began cooking full meals with a flair , i was already becoming very good , at first i followed recipes but soon began cooking on just the wonderful knowledge i had in my head !!!
i invented many things throughout my life , being mostly ingrained and based on Cajun.Creole style . i was also great with Mexican and Italian style of cooking also .
I want to also tell you , canned cabbage ,Sauerkraut also makes very awesome dishes , just add browned onions to it , drain the juice and save , fry the cabbage and onions slightly and then put a little liquid back in , apple cider vinegar and a little sugar , makes a great side !!!
it was also the year i began seriously taking martial arts , 3 and 1 half years later when i got my first black belt , i remember telling my mom I wish i had a chef's degree also lol .
well sadly i never pursued the dream and got into the oilfield but never stopped cooking all my life , decades later , next to ,you know what , lol , cooking still brings me just as much joy !!!

Лук можно предварительно положить в воду и плакать не будете😊
Очень рада, что кто то не обжаривает овощи, все витамины убиты при обжарке.

United States. Everything is wonderful. Nice to see more of your face. I have been told that people lose interest quickly if too long ,but I don’t think you should change anything. You may want to consider doing some “shorts” short videos to increase clicks.

My momma used to make these when I was a lil girl until I became grown , this is how we cook our cabbage, but without the carrots and she added shrimp or beef tips it was so freaking good, I can taste it now , I might fix my family some tomorrow, those crepes are so light and fluffy, melt in your mouth ,thanks for sharing the video , Amen
