- A Static Review of the 10.4kw 80mph Evoke Urban Classic side-by-side with the Urban S
Green-Mopeds.com is a London based electric-only moped and motorcycle dealer and importer. We started in 2017 by signing a dealership with Torrot (torrot.com/) after initially seeing an electric moped for rent on holiday in Portugal.
Since then we looked for more brands and became the UK Importer for ECCity Motorcycles from France (www.eccity-motocycles.com/) and then Super Soco (supersoco.co.uk/) from China.
In early 2018 we were then approached by Askoll (www.askollelectric.com/) to be their first London dealer and soon followed by Lifan who were lauching their first moped the E3 (www.lifanmotos.net/product/ddc....
Later in 2019 we also signed up with SurRon with their hugely popular and lightweight LBX Lightbee (www.sur-ron.com)
Mid 2019, we signed up to be the first dealer for Niu (www.niu.com) and sold the first 9 of their new NGT model when it was launched at the end of 2019.
In early 2020 the UK Importer for Torrot moved on to other things and we became their importer to support existing customers of the Muvi range.
Later in 2020 after a request from a customer, we signed up with Artisan (artisanscooters.com/) to sell not only their brand but also Horwin (www.horwinglobal.com/) and Kollter (www.kollter.com/).
Recently we have added ThElMoCo (thelmoco.com) who supply LVENG bikes (www.lvnengebike.com) and now SunRa (www.sunraev.com) and hence offering the broadest range of any electric motorcycle dealer in the UK.
We have been approached by many manufacturers to become their importers which we will consider when the time is right.
Always happy to help so please feel free to contact us through any of the channels below.

Superb review and a great value machine, they are really getting there now which is great to see.
No problem
Great review I wish I did a review on evoke urban s amazing ride can't wait to get one.
They have a longer life because they are lithium iron phosphate with around 2000 charge cycles
That’s the same chemistry as the Chinese made Tesla model 3 standard range
Brilliant review must have a look 👀
Is the space under the seat not enough for a charging lead?
Also is that condensation under the dashboard screen?
Afraid not. A rack is coming apparently
The New Macrais Z8X 2023 Model would love you to review
Coming soon
Great review. Are you planning to sell them?
Looking in to it
@@GreenMopeds Did you decide to sell them?
@@andrewmorgan1819 not evoke. The latest importer has also stopped. The macrais on the other hand yes
Hello it's available un France?
We could export yes
Are you a dealership for them
we are taking the macrais as we think its going to be better supported from a dealership perspective
is it just me or does it seem like they put parts from a normal petrol bike? such as pillion peg has hole for exhaust mount and choke logo thing on left hand switch gear and one two pin cable going no where? seems odd aslo condensation in the display not really a good sign
Manufacturers of all kinds go to the same suppliers for parts
Is this bike faster then the zero FXE?
About the same
Yes. 140 Km/h and the Battery has double more then the Battery at Zero FXE....100 Ah is Standard, 150 Ah and 200 Ah gives it....
Not crazee about the WATER in the LENS??? What if it rains and shorts everything OUT? Very disconcerting. Nice LOOKING bikes, but why do they nearly ALL look like SPORTBIKES? I for one would love to see some retro-vintage English or Italian styling, like Norton, BSA, Laverda, and other homages to classic bikes. Maybe an EV Vincent??
This issue has been seen to happen on many bikes including the major brands
Where can I buy one
Currently not available. The Macrais is a good alternative
Price
Estimate to be about £7000 after the OZEV Grant
What license would I need to ride it?
CBT
I paid 3800 for a petrol bike with similar specs. That’s where electric bikes are failing.
They will drop in price as demand goes up however they are still cheaper from purchase to the end of its life compare to a petrol one. It will only get better with time.
If you think of it in MPG, electric are about 640 miles per gallon. A honda vision for example is about 140. Similarly a standard honda service is about £130 + VAT + Lubricants, electric is about £60 in total so people should look at the cost of ownership, not just the purchase price
