Ken had a wonderful singing voice as well as being a very funny man. Only a few people can make people laugh by just by walking on stage and standing there doing nothing. Ken dodd, much loved and greatly missed. It was said at his funeral my Jimmy Cricket that 'most comedians travel 5 hours to do a one hour show. Ken travelled one hour to do a 5 hour show'. And as Ken himself said only he (Ken) knew when the audience would be going home

Oh, we miss Doddy! Hilarious the way he denied funding for premature baby units etc by avoiding paying tax. Oh, how we laughed at the way he stopped research into crippling disease by avoiding paying tax. Chancers like him have lost their sheen now that we appreciate the value of the NHS
He went to court and was found not guilty on all charges. His widow has constantly been donating the money she left him to charity. Let the man rest in peace. He brought joy to millions and his money is doing good in the end. He went through the legal process and was cleared, if that's not good enough for you then that's just tough isn't it, that's the legal process and the outcome was clear- not guilty!!.
