    i use fresh milk, should I boil it one night before? or can i use raw milk?

    • @ChefAakashNehra
      @ChefAakashNehra  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yes use fresh only

    • @ChefAakashNehra
      @ChefAakashNehra  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Raw milk is best because if you will boil it one night before so all the fat partials will comes on the top and you will not have left much fat to collect your cheese

    • @ChefAakashNehra
      @ChefAakashNehra  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Feta cheese usually serve with salads suppose to eat raw like that only ... And it will not melt like others cheese because of extra moisture it will start burning rather then melting

    Kya yeh Buffalo milk se nahi banega?

    • @ChefAakashNehra
      @ChefAakashNehra  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No actually it will not be feta cheese any more agar aap buffalo se banaoge to it will come out like cottage cheese (paneer)
      Goat and sheep milk is the best option but uh try with cow milk as well here in India

      @@ChefAakashNehra could you please tell it in English ? i am confused too... why we say this is not paneer while the process is same.. i want to make feta cheese... But all videos i watch in youtube is same as making paneer.. so just confused.. bro

    • @ChefAakashNehra
      @ChefAakashNehra  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@pvn7499 so yeah bro the thing is when you boil the milk and then you will add lemon or any citrus acid so it will come out as a hard cogulated cheese which is paneer , but when you will take low fat cow / sheep plus 30 % goat milk and start warming it , temperature must be under 90 degree to 80 degree then you add citrus acid .. what cheese you will get , will be soft and you will get this feta cheese ..
