First service of nexon is 0 rupees. There was no need to get those extra things which they have charged. Also in my area they do free sanitisation.
Next time do read the service manual and go else those service guys will charge more.

When ever I switch on my Nexon, it always starts in City mode. It doesn't matter in which drive mode engine was stopped. When I restart it always starts in City mode. Is this normal?

Tata nexon XM petrol le ya tata Nexon XZ ......XM le ke 50,000 to 60,000/- Modification kar raha hu.....konsa model le suggest me.....
It depends upon you what type of things you want after market
Obviously there is difference in shocker, seat, quality of certain things from xm to xz plus

not yet. no major problem and even no noise in the cabin itself, this is the reason why sometimes i give extra Accelerator and did not even hear a bit of it.

1st Service for BS6 Nexon is 2 months or 1000 km. whichever is earlier from date of purchase.

Doesn't seem to be, what's the issue you are facing ?
I face the problem of gear stuck in reverse gear but with continuous usage of gears now it has become quite smoother than earlier... but still 1out of 10 times I still face the same issue.
