Congratulations on getting it done! This is by no means an easy challenge, even following my guide :) It really requires a lot of attention to detail, micro skill and resilience to not give up after the AI does stupid things like random guarantees that shouldn't happen. A few things I'd like to discuss about the video: 2:21 - Quality of ships DOES matter, a good battleship could provide 4 or 5 times more naval supremacy than a basic sub. The reason for going for sub 1 is that they are way more cost efficient, as they provide more naval supremacy per IC, I explain this in further detail in my video :) I think joining the Axis to invade UK is an interesting an idea, but a very risky one at that. Yes, it does allow you to skip the war against Spain, but at the cost of relying a bit too much in the AI, since the North Sea tends to be more guarded than the Western Approaches and you rely on the German navy not being obliterated and helping you out, and also, it gives Italy the option to be free of your chains and go wild in Africa, creating a lot more warscore and risking your options of getting the territories you need in the peace deal since they also occupy it. But then again it might be that I have been screwed one too many times by the AI to place any reliance on it :D And finally, about the Yugo peace deal, I wholeheartedly recommend to not leave any form of Yugo or Serbia alive and being your puppet unless of course you are completely commited to follow the Axis strategy and stay with them for the rest of the game. Germany WILL declare on you because of this, every single time, given the opportunity. It's better to just annex them, you won't hurt your manpower on resistance because as soon as you get Romania and puppet them, you can get garrison support and they'll give you enough to not use any of your own. Also, nicer borders :) Great video!

How about u try forming Arabia. And be at peace at the end. U would have to fight the allies and the axis, with baiscly no manpower and no industry. Seems like a good challenge to me. ;)

Alot of luck and but it was very interesting. Took alot of tries but it finally worked out.
What a hellish campaign for Hellas!
Man I lose to germany as usa and you are conquering the world as minor nation, YOU RE a GOD OF THIS GAME !
'' Doesnt matter the quality it cares number of ships''
Why does sounds familiar
"Quantity is a quality of its own"
I have tried this repeatedly with no luck. Something always goes off the rails. Manpower is a big problem! Have you considered a video breaking down your micro combat skills? I’m always losing too many men.
37:09 Improve opinion with the Soviets -> goes into justify wargoal interface. Nice
I am impressed, that you can pronounce Schachtplan almost correctly (for a non german native, that is impressive)
Thank you! I’ve had quite some trouble with this one.
Bitt3rSteel just can't resist going with dispersed industry...
1:00:21
Another good pick is the Prince of Terror for extra non core manpower
A day before day of independence
The traditional music and the national anthem on the background's fire 🔥
This is an amazing grind! Love the video!
I just watched you do this, and I still don't know how you did this.
How even this video almost goes to 1 mil view, its just wonderful
Day 1: Minor country with focus tree(rom, Bul, china, spain, etc. ) no submarine and level 2 surface ships only CHALLANGE.
-must conquer Japan, SUA, Britain
-NO SUBMARINES ALOOWED AND NO MORE THAN 600 TORP BOMBERS
-can focus on ground but must have at least 5 ships be build in prod.
-by 1941-40 must have 1BB-2BC, 4-2 H. Cruiser 20-CL 30DD(half must have anti-sub tech)
Alexander The Great too this in 12 years, rome took half of this in 200 years.
I would recommend Kaiserredux AOG - You can crown Wilhelm as Emperor of China and have a German Dragon Throne. You Can Also Get Him on the Throne of Middleafrika but thats not as much of a challenge and is less fun so...
Either that or the Mongol Empire is quite fun, you get insane cavalry bonuses (I'm talking like an extra 100% attack and massive speed bonuses) and its also quite fun, though the small industry at the start and the Russian war are quite hard, but definitely rewarding.
Beer, chips and Bitt3rSteel video... what could be better?
Field hospitals would have been ideal for the losses in my opinion
Hell let loose can be very frustrating for players who just want to run and gun and have a good time
Ah another Bittersteel video , love it.
How about u try forming Arabia.
And be at peace at the end.
U would have to fight the allies and the axis, with baiscly no manpower and no industry.
Seems like a good challenge to me. ;)
This is a Hoi4 guide, not medieval torture
@@FreaKCSGOHacker based
So forming Arabia is medieval torture? Are you arabophobic?
“I hope you’ve enjoyed my suffering”
Well, the way in which you managed to gey rid of the guarantees (especially the ones referred to Turkey) is really admirable!
Where my greek brethren at? 🇬🇷😌🇬🇷
ΕΔΏ!!! 🇬🇷💪🏼
What would really happen, were Alexander the Great to live in 1936:
"The Sherman may have been a fine tank, but the real gamechanger was Alexander the Sturdy"
"Who would have won a direct confrontation, the Bismarck or Alexander the Bouyant?"
"The Zero was ahead of its time, but one shouldn't discount Alexander the Aerodynamic"
"The Germans betrayed the Alexander-Ribbentrop pact, just as the Molotov-Alexander pact was broken"
"In the 2nd War of Heavenly Horses, Generalissimo Chiang Kai-Shek defeated Alexander at Alexandria Eschatay, extracting a tribute of tank designs, but also horses for some reason through which he pacified the Warlords and Communists, it was the greatest deciding factor in the conflict against Japan"
"Americans refuse to call Pearl Harbor incident 'Alexander the very shocking', but may have to make future concessions to Alexander"
"Modern day St. Alexandersburg was briefly called Alexandergrad during WWII"
"In the post-war era, the Wall of Alexander separated East and West Alexandria the Anti-Fascist"
"World War II ended not on the Western Theatre, it only came to a close when the United States dropped Alexander the Fat and Little Alexander from Alexander & Gay on modern day Alexander the Bright and Alexander the Mushroom. That is how Japan became 'Alexander the actually Eschatay, Vista of Okeanos, Devoid of Horses of any kind'."
All my subbed channels are education stuff and then there is Bitt3rSteel
Teaching you how to conquer the world!
i love how him improve relationship with Soviet by clicking justify wargoal
Pretty good content. You deserve way more subscribers.
Thanks!
Bitter: *explaining his war plans*
Diabolical hellenic music:
I didn’t even know this existed
FYI...I have noticed that if I delay assigning a research until I bank the 30 days I get a reduced penalty for ahead of time research penalties....you should look into that (more than 30 days ticks off the time to complete when you wait)
Congrats Bitt3rSteel. But your thumbnail is wrong and should be updated. The red flag IS NOT the Macedonian's Empire flag, it's a fake flag created by Skopje nationalists claiming Alexander's The Great legacy. The original Macedonian flag is blue. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the video and thank you for doing something original. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flag_of_Macedonia_(Greece)
I'll forward it to Zatwinki, but I still love the work he did in making the countryball!
@@Bitt3rSteel Sure the country balls are always cool, I enjoy them in every video of yours but the flag is wrong, refers to something completely different and historically non existent :)
Quality of ships is very important to naval superiority. There's a reason 1936 sub is 4 superiority and a 1945 is 200 superiority.
Great job, just one thing I would do, I would ask your puppets or allies for garrison support
Believe it or not, they all refused
@@Bitt3rSteel honestly, I believe :D
hellenic occitania is not that unrealistic. Marseilles (Massalia) was a greek colony.
I have an idea for a challandge.
Try uniting all the slavic countries(i dont think anione did this before).
So try annexing yugoslavia bulgaria poland checkoslovakia and the soviet union but as one of the minors like checkoslovakia bulgaria or yugoslavia.
Japan unable of defeating China is a meme at this point.
The Persians: "How does this Alexander guy keep moving so fast?!"
Alexander the Great at 300ms:
"Goddamn shitbox."
Imagine if you could do this with a country that has people in it and also more than 5 factories.
This would have been over by 1939
Bittersteel please do a little bit of turkey. I know you probably dislike the country since you barely play it but please make a guide on forming Turan
Greece did have naval superiority in the Aegean, and still has.
BCS Turkiye let's them
Last time I clicked this fast, alexander was sober
Oh, this was tough nut to crack. Great job! I had to try for this like 10 times. Your guide is much easier way to get it :-). Will you think about my challenge?Trying to unify POland-Lithuania as Lithuania? I tried it few times and it went terribly. I bet, that brain of yours could find a way :-).
I’m kind of surprised forming the more notable of these nations aren’t achievements
Impressive doing that with only 48 divisions.
