Tsa Gan means "white (pure)" while Sar means " month or moon" On this Tsa Gan Sar, everything is white: the milk, diary product, hadag... Mongolians' heart is pure and white; parents" teachings are pure and white; children's smiling face is pure and innocent... A touching song indeed.
