- We fit and mount the front fenders, making our own panel gaskets. Then we use the torch to heat up and bend the front bumper back into shape. This the the 1952 Ford F1 project truck, that was a field find.
2 to 3 finger difference is is acceptable with these trucks haha
Thats what i figured too thanks for watching Brent
Are those all Corey's big gulp cups I see no less than 7 of them setting around the shop
Any thing is possible Russell but im thinking they might be Chris's
👍Good stuff guys.
Thank you for watching.
Exactly the place I need parts from a mercury marquis
One day at a Time.
Back working on it today we just have been side tracked with other things but back on the old ford
Jesus have to say guys that truck is really looking beautiful, keep up the great work. Well it looks like the old 4-3 in the Silverado is severely sick oh, so I'm down in the dumps literally. I love that 96 Silverado as much as you love all that old stuff. Don't get me wrong I love all the old stuff too but that's not part of my daily life so please forgive me, you guys Keep On Keepin On!
What happened to it ?
Bolt the bumper on . Heat her up, use a big pipe wrench to twist the bumper. I'm no expert but was a plumber for 35 years
We actually painted the bumper and running boards today.
you also left some of the welting on top of the tire
Thank you for watching John will see you on the next one
They have the CALIFORNIA bumper BOZS selling rechromed bumpers now we have the Canada Bumper Builders Love your videos.
Thank you Gary
Cory want a Charger to work on
Hows yours coming along Mills was telling me about it.
The bumper and frame are much better now ... great work !
We are waiting until we get the hood on to tighten everything down, then we may have to do some small tweaking on the bumper.
correct me but isnt there bolt from the lower part of the front fender to the cab beyond what you add at the running boards
none that we seen John just gets bolted to the running board seems like there should of been.
Where’s this play
Lockport Manitoba Canada
Good Sunday morning to you Penny's Crew ! Fun video to watch ...sure like that garage door rubber seal. Hope stuff for Kevin comes soon . Nope we wont be going this year either.
Truck is lookin good can wait to see it running and driving
We bolted the rear fenders on for good today and got lots done on the engine so not much longer
Ooooo and thank you for watching Mikey
Slowly coming together. This is the part of a job like this that I get anxious and get in a hurry and mess something up. Looks like you guys have it under control though. ;) I think some steelies and original center caps would set it off nice. Maybe in that cream color you guys did that emblem in the bed. Just a thought. Looking better and better every time we see it. Take care.
Just got home from working on it today rear fenders are on for good and lots of the engine stuff is figured out Thank you for watching Russell
Good episode enjoyed!!
Thank you Rick way better then the last video lol
Hey Guys. How come some guys wear glasses and look over the top of them to see? 😎This is the part of the build that you really have to watch what you are doing. I hear ya about the cost to shit from the States. I've paid almost the same amount for shipping and duty as the price of the part. And to top it off, the parts come from Japan or China. Keep up the good work guys. Thanks for sharing.🍁👍👍
Well, it didn't take me very long to build my antique car. Although, that it had taken me 5 years to save the money too repair it. That I'm lucky with it about certain details. Just only sometimes people sell vehicles cheap already raised or lowered. But that costs a whole lot. Certain people are modifying their antique's. Because it's cheaper and easier to find auto parts. Then the hard core restoration people hate it, and frown upon modifying antiques. There must be a middle ground somewhere? Not every antique vehicle is complete.
As a guy that is far sighted, I only need to corrective lenses for things far away to see clearly. Things up close are blurry with the same lenses & are clear without them.
@@h60memo Bifocals?
@@h60memo I just need my glasses to see up close. So I got bifocals made so I can see close and far.
@@jacoballred7689 I had my Truck for almost 20 years before I started working on it. The plans that I had in my head 20 ago are really different from what I have in my head now.
Green?
Its an original green to those years of fords.
👍
Truck is looking great! Must feel good to see it coming together. Sorry if you wanted to go home Corey, now that you are a TH-cam superstar you have to give the people what they want! Fame can be such a cruel mistress!😆
HAAAHAAAAA Glen just got home got lots done today rear fenders are on for good and got lots figured out with the engine lots of little things. And i didnt complain to much Kevin wouldnt have it
Those that can "do" and those that can't hold the fender...lol.
Im a good fender holder well maybe Gayland
Damn Kevin has it good , sit in the corner and watch 😀
You should of seen him today🐱🚀
One problem that I saw on the bumper, was Chris's finger gauge on the passenger side, and Corey's finger gauge on the driver's side, and I think Chris's fingers are fatter than yours Corey. you know what they say about fat fingers , but hey it is just utube isn't it, things look bigger on TH-cam .
HAAAAHAAAAA thats funny solo
👀 good guys she’s going to be nice one Chevy 5.7 under the hood hell yeah👍👍🇺🇸
Looks pretty nice there going back to work on it today. Thanks for watching John.
Can't give em to much of you working hard heh Average Corey give me one good video then tease em after that with a little holding this then holding that but you were working hard in this one atheist on try to get him to sit down and debate on how the seal went on JK but I do have one question are you sponsored by 7-Eleven with the Big Gulps lol

@@pennyshotrodscustoms lol love the builds
We got lots done today rear fenders are on for good and got lots done with the engine hopefully get it running soon
@@pennyshotrodscustoms that's the best part when you can take em for the first run around the block
So you are stealing the bottom seal off of the garage door for welting on the fender. Great until the snow melts into the garage now. Oh well. Sacrifices must be made in the name of saving money. Enjoy
