What did she do with the second fairy cutting? I must have missed it. Did she glue both fairy silhouettes together before gluing it to the inside of the jar?

What are you using on the outside of the jar? white paint or modge podge. Also why paint on the outside. Some people paint on the inside. Just wondering what the difference is.
She/he used Acrylic paint. And the difference is the light on the inside will be more visible because the paint on the inside is not blocking it and when it bounces on the paint on the outside, it makes it more lit up. 🙂
