out door mid Summer party would look totally magical ! sprinkled with lots of these, I would feel Blessed !
That sounds amazing! :D
This so awesome! Have seen a few other versions but this is the best. The handle and it’s greenery plus the key & vial make a huge difference! You’re right, the tiny details are important in a fairy project! Think I’ll make one for myself - no little kiddies around me at this time. 💜💚🦄😍
Awe Thank you I'm so glad to hear you love it. You should totally make one. :D :D :D
Hello, great tutorial, but you can buy a set of these like a did for my kids, from Amazon, found one at an affordable price.
Hi, from amazon? what product?
@@terrylewis6542 Yes, from amazon, you can find the product here: amzn.to/3hYuyPe

Is it hard to change the light when it dies
Or... you could make these with your children & create some valuable memories. Jeff Bezos is already way too rich.
Love this so much! My sister passed away about a year and a half ago and I'm always looking for ways to interject her vibes into our family's lives, especially her daughters. There's something so special about the wonderment of the magical realm that really has the power to maintain it's captivating allure no matter how much time passes. Very cute! I imagine I'll likely get a little extra on this project with some glitter-laced modpodge and lichen to go with the moss. Maybe a mushroom too! Lol sorry, I'm an over-sharer but I'm done now!
🌿🍄🦋🍀🕸🍃🍂
I'm so sorry for your loss Amy 😔 I love how you find ways to interject her! That's such a sweet idea. The idea of adding a mushroom is so cute. No not an over-sharer at all! I really enjoyed reading this 😊🤗 It was nice to hear from you. I hope you have fun crafting 😊👏

Super Cute
Thank you :D :D :D
question about the tea light on the lid - would it be better to make hole big enough for battery replacement as well? Checking ahead in case since some of my tea lights are wearing out just simply because they're old...
Lindo!
Very Good Idea. The only thing I wonder about is how do you change the battery on the light if it’s glued to the lid? Thanks.
Good question. I heat the area around the light with my hair dryer. The hot glue softens up and it pops right off. You can also velcro it is that's easier.
Holy shit that's amazing
THANK YOU :D :D
Красотищаааа!!!! А девушка какая красивая!!!)))
Спасибо, Наташа, я так рада, что тебе понравилось. :)
Labai gražu :)
From where do you get the glass vile and the key
♡♡♡
what color of glow in the dark paint did you use? This is awesome but I have had to watch it so many times to catch all the details. You are so cute and very talented!
Hi Ileen, I just used the color natural. It was like a minty yellowish glow. Oh man sorry the video is a bit fast. I have learned to make the instructions a bit slower with my recent videos. AWE thank you so much your too sweet. 🤗🤗
very hard to do but lovely
Yes there's quite a few steps Awe So glad you love it :D :D
super
Thank you :D
Go east go west you is best
what gauge of wire do you recommend ?
I used 16 gage rebar tie wire
Can it put plants, stationery and utensils too? I'm asking coz I think this will be great for my projects 😍
Yeh I think it would work great for that too :)
@@diylilyardor3435 Owh thanks for the tip😍
très jolie jeune fille j adore bravo l artiste
Thank you :)
what else can I use instead of moss? I didn't find it.please dear answer soon. or anybody can say it?
You could find moss at hobby lobby walmart dollar tree and Michaels
Can i use acrylic paint color white instead of glow-in-the-dark paint?
Yes but I would dilute it so it's not so thick. It needs to be really see through.
Крутяк
спасибо :)
y por cuanto tiempo duraa ??
I haven't tried maxing out the battery so I don't know the battery life if that's what your asking. (google says about 3-4 hours depending on the battery) But, keep in mind if you need to replace the battery you can simply heat up the area that you hot-glued with a blow dryer and it'll come right off.
can i spray glow in the dark spray paint instead of using the one you used?
Yes that should work but, it might not have the rustic effect a brush would give. :)
Yeah i tryed it it was ok
How you attatched lighting arrangements?
I used hot glue. :D You can heat it up with a blow to remove if you need to eventually replace them :D
What size of jar did you use ?? I have one with the size :11cm x 6,5cm , can i make the lantern with it?
Not sure what dimensions it was exactly. I gifted it to my niece. I'm pretty sure it was half pint 8 oz jar.
Where did you buy the greenery
At Michaels
çok güzel
Thank you :D
can I use only acrylic instead of copper and gray color?
Yes I don't see why not :D
isn't it if we put the candle in that position the wax will drip down?
I hope you understand
It's a plastic candle battery operated.
I want the key that you have so pls tell me where can i found it
I got my tiny key at Micheals Craft store in the jewelry making section. :)
Hi im from Brasil
Omg this made me dizzy. So fast.
Pretty lantern though. 😺
🙈🙈 OH MAN!! Sorry :( Glad you like the lantern :D
Lily Ardor lol you are so sweet and talented though💕
Thank you for the video.
Thank you for the tutorial! I made one as a gift but apparently the fairy inside can't been seen clearly
Maybe I did something wrong?
Hi Layla, you will be able to see the fairy more if you glue her to one side of your jar. Meaning closer to the glass if it's still not very visible you can try gluing her on the glass itself. I made my fairy sit on one side of the jar not in the center of the moss circle. Hope that makes sense. I'm also thinking if you have to much antique effect on the glass that might be the problem as well. I only did my antique effect on the tops and bottom of my jar and I stayed away from the area where the fairy would be displayed. I hope this helps. (If you want to remove your paint on the inside simply soak in hot water and it should peel off after 5 minutes then you can give your antique effect another try) Thank you :D Let me know if you have anymore questions.
Lily Ardor oh thank you for the reply! I guess that I did both: painted to much and placed fairy in the middle of the jar :) so, I know what I need to fix now )
Oh I'm glad I was able to help. :D :D Let me know how it goes! :D
et lorsque la bougie ne fonctionne plus comment tu fais pour changer la pile ???
You can heat up the area where you attached it with hot-glue and it'll come right off. (I used a hair dryer) Then you can replace the battery and attach it again with hotglue.
