    The pipe piper of Of Dillagh . All that was missing was the tin whistle. Great video keep them coming.😂

    Another great video. It is always a bit shocking when over-enthusiastic moms do damage to the lambs and cause bleeding. Good thing you got to it early. 😁👍👍

      Thank you...👌 It's quite unusual but always 1 or 2 every year. Never seems to cause any problem once you get a ring on it early..

    2:09 This reminds me of “Little Bo-Peep” & “Mary Had a Little Lamb” from Nursery Rhymes (1983)

    Sheep are in great order..fair play..I noticed you have very little foot problems..whats your secret? Is it down to the type of ewe or frequency of foot bath?

    • @sheepschool365
      @sheepschool365  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Sheep wintered well but definitely will not look as good at weaning!
      Last footbath was ram turn-out mid October and don't use FootVax. I am blessed with very little feet trouble but the type of ewe has a big part to play...

    DO you leave the meal troughs on the feed barriers all the time, can sheep eat silage underneath ? looks a tidy job

      That's the way I designed shed so trough space on 3 sides. Never take them off. Have a look at last video on shed might show them a little better: th-cam.com/video/JnWoIFIMC30/w-d-xo.html

    Great vid again. Thinking of putting a lambing shed up (nothing as grand as yours sadly) but what are the pen sizes and roughly how many ewes your size could you house in each pen? Just trying to get an idea on the footprint.

      Thank you...👌
      Pen are 6m x 5.5m, 33 sq meters. Can fit 34 sheep comfortably but could squeeze in few more. 16meters of meal trough space.
