And in the 3rd clip the girl who was performing tried to grab her member because she almost fell , but she failed and grabbed someone elses hand but there was no one beside the girl that almost fell try to look in really closely and you will see the finger tips of someone, it goes by very fast and the quality isn't very good so it could be hard to grab of course. In the stray kids clip i think it was bang chan his tie losened which caused the beanie to move like that In the exo clip the person that appeared was a staff member who wasn't aware that the camera was on. I'm not sure why hwasa was transperent but if you look in the mirrior you could also see someone sitting down at 4:05 ( I got this info from someone else might not be true but makes sense to me)

The producer verified the scene after shooting since the members kept on saying they saw someone there. They also reviewed the footage. And it was confirmed that there wasnt a single staff in that room except for the camera attached at the wall. Yes it is creepy and I happened to watch that episode at 10:30 pm with heavy rain and lighting pouring outside.

As you mentioned the "4th" floor, in there US there are no "13th" floors in high-rise buildings. It goes from 12th to 14th floor. For the same reason. Most people see 13th is a unlucky number. I had a co-worker that took the day off from work every Friday the 13th.
Red velvet's video can be easily explained, the frames on the wall are glued in, not nailed, so the top one slid down onto the one below it, she heard it, turned around right as the frame fell off, nothing creepy in that clip (i could be wrong it's my first time seeing it, but i'm pretty sure they just tape those artworks, they don't drill holes into those sets walls since they have to change them often
At 8:01 you can see his reflection in the mirror, so the other point of view where you can't see the reflection is either edited or the camera is just weird😂😂

For some of these, like the foot under the table and the lack of reflections were edited by the channel staff to hide staff members in shots or just things they don't want viewers to see. I looks like the editor just cut out and placed a new empty background over the table to hide the rest of someones body and over the mirror to hide something that was in the reflection.
1:10 happens to my door all the time. When a window somewhere in the house is open while I have a window in my room open the air flow makes me door close. Sometimes it’s pretty strong and makes a super loud sound It’s still Pretty scary when it happens at night when you sleep
