The Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program is a Post-Graduate Professional Certification offered internationally by the American-based CFA Institute (formerly the Association for Investment Management and Research, or AIMR) to investment and financial professionals. It has the highest level of global legal and regulatory recognition of finance-related qualifications. The program covers a considerably wide range of topics relating to advanced investment analysis, security analysis, statistics, probability theory, fixed income, derivatives, economics, financial analysis, corporate finance, alternative investments and portfolio management - and provides a generalist knowledge of other areas of finance.
A candidate who successfully completes the program and meets other professional requirements is awarded the "CFA charter" and becomes a "CFA charterholder".
The CFA designation is designed to demonstrate a strong foundation in advanced investment analysis and portfolio management, accompanied with a strict emphasis in ethical practice.
A CFA Charterholder is held to the highest ethical standards. Once an investment professional obtains the charter, this individual also makes an annual commitment to uphold and abide by a strict professional code of conduct and ethical standards. Violations of the CFA Code of Ethics may result in industry related sanctions, suspension of the right to use the CFA designation, or a revocation of membership.

I plan to do both courses at the same time. I have 9 yrs experience in Insurance Company (LIC) because I want to move to investment department of LIC. Ia have done master of commerce 5 years back . If I do frm now will I be getting a job in UK as a fresher or do I have to get 2 years of experience ?
Your experience till now isn't in core finance, so you'll have to start fresh, after FRM there are good opportunities in UK but FRM doesn't bring any surety that you'll get it there.
So, the focus should be o starting at any good company post FRM and then strive to move there.

Your experience will definitely be considered for the charter and you can definitely expand horizon of opportunities for your career.

You can combine FRM with BBA, Eco hons, Stats hons, Mathematics hons and bcom as well,
all these will work fine.
check out the institutions from where you're going to pursue these programs, value of the university matters the most.
