We used a small local bank in our area. I would recommend trying a small local bank with maybe people that know you...those are the ones that are more apt to help you out.

How were you able to insulate between the lower exterior seam of the building, between the metal panels and concrete?
Spray foam
so did you get heating in your concrete?

FWIW, As a contractor I can tell you that Lowes & Home Depot are very expensive. They're home improvement stores, not home builder stores.

For just materials sheet rock is cheaper but I would have to pay to have it hung and finished. Pine is more of the look we were going for

There’s several options now days. Ours were set in concrete. They sell post protectors as well
I used Made Right in 2018 for my 30x50 barn north of Florence, AL. Donny was great to work with. Very satisfied with my Made Right barn.

What did it cost to have the concrete poured and finished ?
That was figured into the total cost of the shell
But how much was the concrete ? By it self ?
that's what I'm saying....the cost of the concrete was included in the cost of the building!
I'm in Dothan, and seriously considering doing this. And I work at a steel mill so materials should be cheaper lol

Where'd you get the tin on the ceiling? Was it had a hardware store or did you have to get it from a metal supplier?
