No Bake Milo Ice Cream Cake Recipe with Costing without Machine
This is a Refrigerator Cake recipe without electric mixer. No hand mixer needed.
Ingredients:
3 Sachets Milo - 24php
1 can 370ml Kremdensada chilled - 47php
1 cup Crushed Graham - 15php
Procedure:
1. Whisk cream for 10minutes.
2. Add 2 Milo. Mix for 1 minute.
3. Layer graham - milo cream - graham - milo cream.
4. Dust with milo or make a thick milo paste.
5. Milo Ganache: 1 sachet milo + 2 tbsp water
6. Add on top and make swirls.
7. Chill overnight.
8. Serve and enjoy!
