Well said about Nemo. I think they have really prioritised the artistry and the jury vote will definitely benefit from these aspects. The televote is a bit of a mystery but I think the final camera shots will look very impactful and dramatic

Well yeah I kinda got a biiiit emotional reading the hate Nemo got on social media … even though it’s not my winner I cannot not see the fact that Nemo is considered to be a winner. And then when I say to make the video decide to share fully my opinion and not to joke about it. Usually I am always happy when I do a video and with good mood 🥰 but yesterday only those 4 minutes were a bit more “serious”. Who is your winner ? :)

There is a difference between saying something is ugly and you do not like something. I love Nemo's personality, the song, the staging, the stage presence and the style. The only thing I wouldn't have chosen is the cut of the jacket/jumper. It's too loose or big for the rap part because we don't see that Nemo can dance to rap. But if Nemo feels good in it then who I am to criticize? I like it very much when people feel so free to wear whatever they like. I don't have to like the style. My tastes are not the best for everyone.

I'll say -/+/=, which means disappointed, pleasantly surprised or not sure. Besa - , very disappointed for now, don't like the outfit or anything I saw and it kills me because I love her. Armenia = , it looks static and not as festive as I expected. I do love them being a group and also love how they look and she is definately the most beautiful, I even like her better than Raiven 😉. Aiko = , I don't like her outfit, but I do like the staging and the song sounds INCREDIBLE on that stage ! Greece + , love the staging, the dancing and the singing but don't like the outfit, sorry. Am sick at the moment so I make it short and shows an excerpt of the debate with a person and my reply (there were far worse quotes than this which my comment also addressed to): Other person: "It's hard to focus, on the song when looking at the stage and their outfit. It's over the top and too in you face, hence very distracting". My answer: "Well, then you haven't seen much in life and belong to the group I mention with a narrow and "preconceived" idea of how one must dress, if you are distracted by This?? There are much more serious things in the world to be distracted by than a piece of clothing. Then you seem to have missed the essence of the song, which is that Nemo has found his identity, he feels neither male nor female. And thus have every right to dress in accordance with his own identity. It is the right of all of us without restrictions and goes hand in hand with the song's message about breaking away from conventions and getting the right to be yourself! Accept this or look elsewhere!! That's why I urge people to pay attention to the lyrics, a line of lyrics is descriptive: Who decides what's wrong, what's right? Hi sweetheart, sorry you're ill, hope nothing serious 🤗? About what you say, I think there are people who just hate Nemo for what the person stands for. These people are looking for any detail in the performance to spit out their hate and nothing can do anything about that, they will hate everything, the outfit, the staging, the lights, but mostly Nemo. Best to not even react to them and give them a voice, because they grow on that. That said, there are also people, like me, who don't think the outfit is fitting or flattering for their silouette and/or the staging/performance and who think that within the genre of clothing, and definately having the freedom to wear whatever you feel good with, they could do better. The problem is that not everyone is as good with words as we both are and may sound rude 😅. I spoke to some of those, who never meant to insult Nemo as a person just criticised the outfit in a way that may confuse. Not sure what category that person you talked to was part of, but please don't get too upset about it, it's not worth the waste of energy, and it's exactly what bored haters do it for. In my case, I've been following Nemo's steps for a while now (I recommend the hitch-hicking videos 😍) and have seen amazing outfits that look great and not so amazing outfits that don't look flattering with their bodytype (not the sex). Nemo is a thin and not too tall person and the furry outfit doesn't make a nice silouette in my opinion (which to me also has a distracting effect), neither did the outfit on the Madrid stage for example. While for example the huge tutu of the video or the dress at the Madrid preparty red carpet did. So, I'm not a fan of this outfit either but of course I don't spit any hate to Nemo because of it. If this is the final outfit and a statement go ahead, I applaud that, hope it will be perceived as that and hope people will not be distracted by it. And of course this is only MY very personal opinion that is worth nothing, as I give my opinion on everyone's outfit, don't like Besa's for example and was disappointed by this queen, love Kaleen's who surprised me with her elegant look. Only those you feel you can influence, enlighten and change attitudes. Ok, I'll check out the "hitch-hiking" videos. 👍 I would also prefer to see a different outfit, BUT, here I might differ a little from the majority. I don't get as distracted by it, which is partly rooted in my own practice as a designer. The proportions in the comments are WAY too big in my opinion, but this is also individual. Some have a greater "sensitivity" for what does not fall under a certain general structure/perception. While others has a more 'accepting', 'forgiving' and broader view of individual expression. I myself am more minimalistic in my design expression. BUT because I worked with design, the design process steps from idea to product where we are all free creators, with a completely unique personal idea, expression and creativity... My guard has been lowered considerably and I have a very large acceptance when it comes to fashion and personal expression. The same applies to creative creation in music and these two often go together as in Nemo's case. So I want to promote free creativity and that we can dress according to our identity and personal expression. One of my favorite series is Project Runaway which is set in New York, a city of diversity, individuality, design. Each individual's creative process is unique, as is Nemo's musical performance and style. But I also have a very definite idea of what is aesthetically pleasing. His outfit doesn't belong there, but because I don't want to inhibit his own expression and style, which then goes against everything the song wants to convey, I accept his choice. It's always fun to discuss with you, and there was a comment where I agreed with you on everything at Shane's 😂. The person I debated with won't stop, so now I'm going to check today's performances. Nemo's staging is PURE ART and something never seen before on the Eurovision stage. On the very contrary, Greece is something that we have in 3-4 acts each singer since 20 years. Yes, good, but repetitive.
Albania was ok but I don't see them qualify at all. Aiko and her dancers are wearing bras that look as if they were naked with something on their boobies. ^_^ She also sounded much better then in previous live performances. Marina was awesome! Denmark was good and Austria and malta too. Nemos vocals were awesome as usual but his outfit is horrible in my opinion and no, I'm not saying it because I hate them, their vocals or the song (even the subject is tiring since we had it in the whole 2023 day in day out in all social media). Nor do I say it because I don't want them to win. I say it because it looks like a halloween pink chicken or flamingolike costume. :/

Besa - , very disappointed for now, don't like the outfit or anything I saw and it kills me because I love her.

Switzerland - , I LOVE Nemo, did you see the hitch-hiking to Malmö videos? Nemo is just so adorable and sweet. But not sure about the staging and don't like the outfit at all, it makes the whole figure and profile look weird, small and trolly. I think the outfit could have been something muuuuch better within that genre of clothing. So right now, it's a faller for me, haven't seen anything that WOWed me.

Hi Georgi, I just want to say thank you for your nice and mature approach to Nemo's performance.💖🌷 I couldn't stand all the insinuations about "pink chicken" etc and entered the debate in defense. Am sick at the moment so I make it short and shows an excerpt of the debate with a person and my reply (there were far worse quotes than this which my comment also addressed to):
Other person: "It's hard to focus, on the song when looking at the stage and their outfit. It's over the top and too in you face, hence very distracting".
My answer: "Well, then you haven't seen much in life and belong to the group I mention with a narrow and "preconceived" idea of how one must dress, if you are distracted by This?? There are much more serious things in the world to be distracted by than a piece of clothing. Then you seem to have missed the essence of the song, which is that Nemo has found his identity, he feels neither male nor female. And thus have every right to dress in accordance with his own identity. It is the right of all of us without restrictions and goes hand in hand with the song's message about breaking away from conventions and getting the right to be yourself! Accept this or look elsewhere!! That's why I urge people to pay attention to the lyrics, a line of lyrics is descriptive: Who decides what's wrong, what's right? WORD! ✌️That is the beauty of this number and we must RESPECT Nemo for his person, identity and choice of clothes that represent HIM! There is nothing worse than wearing something you don't feel comfortable in, it stifles our self-esteem and freedom to bloom as the unique person we are here on earth!! 🌺

About what you say, I think there are people who just hate Nemo for what the person stands for. These people are looking for any detail in the performance to spit out their hate and nothing can do anything about that, they will hate everything, the outfit, the staging, the lights, but mostly Nemo. Best to not even react to them and give them a voice, because they grow on that.
That said, there are also people, like me, who don't think the outfit is fitting or flattering for their silouette and/or the staging/performance and who think that within the genre of clothing, and definately having the freedom to wear whatever you feel good with, they could do better. The problem is that not everyone is as good with words as we both are and may sound rude 😅. I spoke to some of those, who never meant to insult Nemo as a person just criticised the outfit in a way that may confuse.
Not sure what category that person you talked to was part of, but please don't get too upset about it, it's not worth the waste of energy, and it's exactly what bored haters do it for.
In my case, I've been following Nemo's steps for a while now (I recommend the hitch-hicking videos 😍) and have seen amazing outfits that look great and not so amazing outfits that don't look flattering with their bodytype (not the sex). Nemo is a thin and not too tall person and the furry outfit doesn't make a nice silouette in my opinion (which to me also has a distracting effect), neither did the outfit on the Madrid stage for example. While for example the huge tutu of the video or the dress at the Madrid preparty red carpet did. So, I'm not a fan of this outfit either but of course I don't spit any hate to Nemo because of it. If this is the final outfit and a statement go ahead, I applaud that, hope it will be perceived as that and hope people will not be distracted by it.
And of course this is only MY very personal opinion that is worth nothing, as I give my opinion on everyone's outfit, don't like Besa's for example and was disappointed by this queen, love Kaleen's who surprised me with her elegant look.

I've actually gotten into some debates and defended M&M that get undeserved criticism with excellent response. I even converted a hater who now loves them haha.. He also removed his embarrassing comments, I won 😅😉. So I can be a tough arguer, but I get what you mean, don't waste time, energy on immature, stupid hate comments. Only those you feel you can influence, enlighten and change attitudes. Ok, I'll check out the "hitch-hiking" videos. 👍
I would also prefer to see a different outfit, BUT, here I might differ a little from the majority. I don't get as distracted by it, which is partly rooted in my own practice as a designer. The proportions in the comments are WAY too big in my opinion, but this is also individual. Some have a greater "sensitivity" for what does not fall under a certain general structure/perception. While others has a more 'accepting', 'forgiving' and broader view of individual expression. I myself am more minimalistic in my design expression. BUT because I worked with design, the design process steps from idea to product where we are all free creators, with a completely unique personal idea, expression and creativity... My guard has been lowered considerably and I have a very large acceptance when it comes to fashion and personal expression. The same applies to creative creation in music and these two often go together as in Nemo's case. So I want to promote free creativity and that we can dress according to our identity and personal expression. One of my favorite series is Project Runaway which is set in New York, a city of diversity, individuality, design. Each individual's creative process is unique, as is Nemo's musical performance and style. But I also have a very definite idea of what is aesthetically pleasing. His outfit doesn't belong there, but because I don't want to inhibit his own expression and style, which then goes against everything the song wants to convey, I accept his choice.

How can someone be so hateful to go and comment about Nemo as a person and disrespect them. When I don’t like a song I will just say my comment and that’s it. Nemo's staging is PURE ART and something never seen before on the Eurovision stage. On the very contrary, Greece is something that we have in 3-4 acts each singer since 20 years. Yes, good, but repetitive.
