I think I might be able to help with the whole plan/pan dilemma…
I smoked pot with Johnny Hopkins.......It was Johnny Hopkins, and Sloan Kettering, and they were blazin that shit up everyday.
Plan to the pan
I came here for this comment!
I’m not gonna call him dad, even if there’s a fire
Gotta love y’all’s relationship.
Beautiful and peaceful place
No words can describe it
One day I will visit Ireland. Such a beautiful place. My grandmother was 100% Irish and used to talk about Ireland a lot. I'm all about that dish! Love me some muscles! Thanks for sharing Will!
It’ll get under your skin. It’s basically an addiction for me now
Cooking with muscles!💪 the sausage fennel leek sauce looks amazing.
So good!
What a gorgeous countryside. The mussels look so good the way you prepared them was such an easy recipe.
They were divine
I think I can say I am officially addicted to watching your show Will!! Another great vid!
Haha glad to hear it!

Always love your cooking, but the landscape was so awesome.

Yeeeeeew!
I love all of your videos, Will, but this one was really special. I've not been to Ireland yet, but its' on the bucket list. The scenery looked amazing and that belted Galloway cow in the yard was cool to see. Thank you for doing this episode. It looks like you had a great time.
Thank you!! This may be my favorite episode to date
It was fantastic. @@CookingWithClams
Hey mate! I watched your video this morning and had a good chuckle. The family and I are headed to the airport today to fly out to the west coast for my grandmothers 89th birthday. I asked what she wanted me to prepare for her birthday dinner and she requested mussels. In addition to the typical shellfish linguine I usually make her, I’m going to follow your guidance and steam some with the sausage base and fennel root. Enjoy your time with family amd thank you for taking time to share a bit of your vacation with other us. Cheers!
Beautiful!!!
All those edible flowers growing because that’s were they empty the septic tanks!… obviously joking. Love muscles. Keep up the awesome work. Love how you catch and cooks have some real chef knowledge.
It’s where the sheep pee
Amazing video Will, from start to finish. Very cool to see them processing the mussels and also very cool of them to gift you guys some. Those mussels at the end looked absolutely delicious
Thank you!!
Hi Will ... I got turned on to your channel by watching Aaron and Madeline's (sp?) videos, and I subscribed to CWCs this morning. I've been in love with FL for decades (countless visits), and I'm passionate about (even my 'country' version of) cooking. Your videos convince me to explore unfamiliar ingredients and techniques that you use, and the stunning land- / seascapes that you shared from this morning's adventure in Ireland made me wonder about my Irish ancestors and their adventures ... Thank You for helping my imagination escape to a land I've never seen. Your knowledgable and thoughtful approach is pleasant, and I'm glad you take time to share with everyone. Safe Travels, and Sláinte 🍺🍺 🙂.
Thanks for this amazing message. I appreciate it and am so happy to share
I made gazpacho based on your recipe from a few weeks ago. I watched the video and realized, I have tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers and jalapeno's growing in my garden right now. So straight from my garden I made it and it's great. Thank you for making these videos, I love to see the things you make and watching your video's has made me a better cook. I'd love to see a basics of culinary skills videos from you, like knife techniques, the basics of sauces and son on, I know I could learn from those. Keep it up. Love from Canada.
This is amazing to hear!
Good one, thanks…..Andrew
Thank you Andrew!
excellent mix up and safe travels. Nice family fun even the camera shy brother in law. LOL
Haha one day I’ll get him
fantastic episode. what a cool dish
Thank you! I loved making this one
Yeeewwwwww🤙🏾🔥
Dialed in
Yeeeeeew!!
Will I really don't like shell sea food but I did like this video I like everything about it the sea food looked good and say hello to your sister for me I think you should make more videos like this
I try to mix in a good amount
Great video Will! Gotta say, growing up in PEI, we never stirred the pot during steaming the muscles until they were done. I will try to replicate your recipe as it all looked amazing. That said, that was was a very small pot. Lol.
Thanks for sharing!!!
So small!! The reason I stir is so that the ones on the bottom don’t over cook
What a nice change up - something I can replicate here on the west coast so that makes it fun. Keep on keeping on because they are so enjoyable.
Thank you Jon!!!
Awesome video, looked so good!!!
Thank you Eric !!
Hi Sister Clams! Nice to meet you! I could almost smell that dish! Looks amazing Will! You never disappoint! Have a lovely time with family in Ireland!

Hahaha thank you for coming along ! I’d settle for 20k
@@CookingWithClams Just keep dropping these dope vids every week and you will be hitting that in no time.
Nice Will, I could almost smell it, fennel leek onion but the sausage definitely different but yer can see how that would work oh and dry cider instead of white wine also 😋
I figured I had to use the Irish cider in Ireland right?
@@CookingWithClams right make sense… Guinness is good but maybe not with mussels. 🧐
nice 1 Will..
Thank you!!
Thank you
I am watching this video for the second time the next time you go to your sister's house go back to where you got the kill farm where you got the clams and ask the farmer if he can so you how they get there she'll fish I would like to know and see how it's done thanks
She’s back in the states already !
Beautiful presentation, looks delicious 😋
Thank you!
Hey brotherino! Awesome episode! What a beautiful situation to be back in Ireland with your sis. Would love to get there one day. Always a magical scenery backdrop there. Congrats on the subscribers going up each week. You'll get to that 20k and it will keep on going. Keep doing what you do and feeding us fans with these vids of deeelish food with one cool dude. Lol
Nothing but the very best wishes man! Cheers!
I appreciate more than you know! Thank you
GREAT video!!
Only thing missing was you
You in camo against all that grass is like a “Green Screen”. All I see is face and hands! 😂🤣😉
Hahaha hiding from the cows
Arnt the colors on the sheep to know what sheep have been mated with? The ram wears the color around its neck so when it mounts them it gets the color on the female… I could be wrong! But I’ve heard of that!
Oh I don’t know! I thought it was to mark who’s sheep are who’s. I’ll ask
Jokes;;; Ireland traffic jams "COW'S"
Why did you only use one type of clam...? I saw him give you two types and one batch of oysters...?
BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY
TNX 4 VID LOL
Ah I said in the vid, I just wanted to focus on the mussels.
Man Chef, I think this was one of your best videos ever. I have considered moving there. How is it? How does your sister like it compared to USA?
Please, please do a ribeye steak cook there. Those oreo cows are Belted Galoways, the original Angus. I have never had a good steak in EU, hopefully you will find one.
My sister loves it. Every time I leave I find myself wanting to go back. It is such a special place
How are the steaks?@@CookingWithClams
Insane views
Gorgeous country
Great video! As always! What happened with Aaron?
What do you mean?
Yum
Got that right
👍👍
Thank you!
I love you brotha but what's with the Elmer Fudd hat? 😄
It’s what all the cool kids are wearing
Whenever I hear that you won't see this person because they are camera shy, my immediate thought is "huh..I wonder what they do for a living or in a past life... Curious..."
Just wanted by the FBI
@@CookingWithClamsI'm going with witness protection😂

In The Words of Squeeze........" Pulling mussels from a Shell .........."
My sister used to torture me with that record at 6am when we were kids
