Totally agree with you about Jim and Toby The way that the tune makes the words dark and heart rymne is an art form. Somehow when you just read the lyrics they don't.
Another Peterik classic, I can imagine Jimi Jamison and Survivor having a massive hit with this 30 years ago but I'm so glad Jim and Toby are producing music of this quality nowadays and I've never heard Toby sound so good, here's hoping for European live dates this summer.

The whole album Fearless is BRILLIANT. Just bought their latest album and I can't wait to hear it .I love Pride Of Lions' eighties AOR sound. All I need is a nice lady to dance with to this GORGEOUS song. PS I'm a single 48 year old fella who missed out on AOR's 80s heyday by listening more to Def Leppard Bon Jovi etc.
TOO true DEBS. I wish I had a voice like Toby's to sing great AOR ballads like this one to the ladies. Maybe if I did I would have more luck finding a nice lady to go out with. As the saying goes"Some guys have all the luck"😢😂❤️🎸🎹
