I microdose 1-2 times a year roughly every 9 months for about a month interval. I tell everyone I can the benefits especially when there are ZERO SIDE EFFECTS. We constantly change and evolve and who you are a year ago isn't who you are today and so on. I thought about that for a long time before I found the courage to take a Psy again. I did all the good harm reduction stuff and had my best friend tripping with me on a 2g mushroom dose and boy in the very first hour of that trip I had completely healed any and all psychic trauma that was caused by not only that bad trip but my while life just felt real again and I had an absolutely beautiful rejuvenating experience. I realized my bad trip was my own fault. I didn't respect the psychedelic experience enough and I let it get to me. You have to be able to seperate your identity from the experience you know because it only lasts a few hours. You will inevitably return to fresh sobriety and be able to reflect on any number of mind destroying horrors you percieved under the influence and rationally deal with them. A lot of people don't mention this part but it's very important to keep an understanding of time with you into a trip and especially out of one. When you realize the inevitable nature of coming down suddenly things don't seem so bad. Center yourself on that knowledge and just flow with it. You absolutely HAVE to just surrender to the experience and feel the love that permeates all things on all levels. That's what it's all about I think, in the end we are all made of the love of God and we will all return there to that sea of infinite divine incomprehensibly pure love and everything is going to be alright.

Because in the long term it can greatly help depression, ptsd, and anxiety. Do you feel Tylenol or antidepressants? Not if you’re using it correctly. The point is the long term benefits. It’s actually super interesting and I always urge people to read more about it. It saved my life personally.

Psychedelics almost ruined my life, used to be a huge proponent of them.
They're pretty great and enriched my life and empowered my mind beyond words. I've seen things most people couldn't believe.
