I’m sure every Palace fan would rather finish 17th and win a trophy. Their club has never won a major trophy in their history. Even my admittedly smaller club Oxford United have won a league cup
@@oufc90 17th would be a massive struggle in the league and would probably get the manager sacked previously to getting to the final. Actually winning in the final is also extremely difficult against what is likely to be a much bigger club. The amount of money earnt from finishing 17th would then make it difficult for the club to improve on the squad and therefore hinder the development of the team. Winning a trophy is of course fantastic but from a club like Palace's perspective, they would rather 8th and out in the quarter finals. That's a great achievement. It was in 1986, when the financial rewards were completely different.
@@rugbyanalyst1 I’m not arguing that the club might prefer to finish 8th, but I can pretty much guarantee you that the vast majority of Crystal Palace fans would rather finish 17th with a trophy
A shoulder offside isn't offside no matter what the rules say. How does a shoulder give you an advantage if both players feet are in line? It's still a straight fair race. Offside rule at the mo makes no sense
Clown Cundy because it was Arsenal if it had been Palace benefiting Cundy would be ok with that complete knob and as for big teams benefiting O Hara don’t worry as a Spud it won’t trouble you 😂😂😂😂😂
Give palace some praise? Sure I’ll do it: They were above average against Arsenal Reserves. They got the bounce with one long ball and decided that they’d keep doing that presumably to give David raya as much goal kick practice as possible. Not a great deal of ambition against a team with a striker with no confidence a full back making first start of season and a Raheem sterling. They all but quit at half time. But some genuine credit where credit is due: there kit definitely didn’t clash with Arsenal Reserves so someone did their job. Happy?😮
O’Hara describing spurs when talking about palace.
Crystal Palace's main focus this season after the start they have had should be to finish top 10.

@@oufc90 Understand what you're saying. I just think it's a very tough ask.

First game of the season Newcastle had a player sent off for a worse dive than that,if they go down like that it should be a red card and 5 match ban
Cundy is a clown for mentioning David Coote haha
Why you crying about that🤣 snowflakes these days
Who's crying clown? Learn to read with understanding.
Jesus was a shoulder offside at most, dunno what they were watching
David Coked lol

Fact is no teams should benefit from bad decisions so you can say that all you like
Same old arsenal
