You are absolutely correct. It drives me crazy coming to a stop at an intersection with no other vehicles in site. Not only synchronized lights but sensors that tell you to speed up or slow down to offset intersecting traffic. @@MikeBrown-ii3pt bahahaha you beat me to it! 😂😂🤜🤛
Right, so you're telling me the pollution I caused with my diesel truck is MORE than the pollution caused by creating the DEF, making the jugs that hold it, shipping it all across the country, and the waste produced from throwing away the cardboard and plastic jugs?
Nope
The DPF regenerates via driving. A clogged dpf can be cleaned for 200 dollars.
Are we just going to ignore the fact that the “Doctor” has a surgical mask around his neck like a badge of honor 😂😂😂😂
x Panda x like they just pulled him out of surgery to do the interview 😂
THANK YOU! I knew I wasn't the only one. Doc looked like a doofus.
Brandon Heitmann - Could of taken it off 😂😂😂
Deisel brothers just rolled coal past his weenie ass
He died of corona
What's funny about this. Cruise ships, tankers and cargo ships destroy the environment so much quicker than any wheeled vehicle
Not to mention the Military vehicles that don't have emission equipment... nice one government.
Not to mention all the actors that tell us what the do while cruising around on their diesel powered super yachts. I have no problem with diesel powered super yachts, but people claiming to care about our "climate crisis" should not even be allowed to ride on a yacht let alone own one. Those things get about a half a mile per gallon.
And air planes
@life Can't be true at all.
@@Au_Falcon and all aircraft
No government vehicle has Def or emissions on it.........
I dont completely understand how paying almost a million dollars is going to help clean the air. That seams like bs
This blows my mind I can’t believe we the people are allowing the government to get this much control over us
I should be able to pollute the air as much as I’d like.
@@granolamonger7097 I'm calling sarcasm 🧐🤔
The smog laws from the 70's worked in California otherwise the air wouldn't be breathable here today.
@@jawa1984 are you referring to the smog in the la valley? Which the natives talked about before cars existed?
@@wannabecarguy yep, L.A. basin. imagine 4 million indians all driving around without smog control devices on their autos. they'd really be complaining about shitty air then.
Hes absolutely right, I have a ford F350 the DPF clogged one year after I purchased it new, it just got out of warranty the cost to replace was insane so i had it deleted, my fuel economy increased by 5-6 miles per gallon, and the power increased dramatically. I believe the fuel increase offsets the potential pollution.
Same with my 08 f350
Obamaistoast2012 No, your personal added horsepower does not justify any added potential pollution. It’s still pollution, and the point is to Decrease it.
Ben Nagem when the Truck “regens” and it burns off the spot inside the DPF, the gases caused by this, actually cause more pollutants than them being removed. To add, the emissions system has to be created somewhere, so, you were filling the environment with more pollutants to create said systems. Now, before we go to far, deleting a truck does NOT cause it to smoke automatically, contrary to popular belief, and not everyone that deletes or turns their truck is out there throwing smoke everywhere.
Better fuel mileage equals less pollution. It takes a lot of polluting to get the oil out of the ground and turn it into something your engine can burn and then get it to your local gas station.
WE in europ have the same Problem. Fuck DEF and DPF
Utah is clueless!!! All the best. 800K is a BS fine. That Judge needs investigated.
