@@Bitadesunshine no I did it immediately after I finished the story. Collectibles were the last thing I did I think it shouldn't matter tho. You can trigger the last boss fight at any time, even after you finished the game. So for the glitch it probably doesn't matter when you do it. But to be safe I'd do it as soon as possible just in case
I got as far as the corrupt woodsmith before I gave up. Devs need to understand that we have lives and are mortal. No matter how much I love the game, I can't rationalize fighting the same boss over and over for ten thousand hours. I'm glad to have found this video. As of April 21, 2024, the glitch still works. Thank you! I was not able to get the platinum last year since I sold my game and the first exploit was no longer working. Now that this game is out for free on the PS PLUS game catalog, I got the platinum using this exploit. This is still working on update 2.08 which is the latest one. Thanks again!!
Just did the glitch on Master NG+, thank you so much for the guide. NG+ makes the first skip way easier thanks to spirit bombs, but be prepared to fight Samurai, Chiaotzu, and those wasps Your instructions were very straightforward

For some reason its not working for me. Do i have to replay the game if ive already beaten it? I try saving in the mountain shrine area with my nornal difficulty save. I played master difficulty and did the out of bounce skip. I then get to where the warpstone is and load my nornal save, watch the cutscene, and its not unlocking for me. Please help. 😢

@@crossheritage ones u activate the end scene through the meditation ,as fast as u can u need to load back to master difficulty one i did it last sec while the screen was dimming?

@@wantsomecoffe ps5. If you can’t make it through the first jump, just try to time the aiming right. It has to be right after the jump so you go a little bit farther to make it onto that tiny ledge. Also, make sure you are looking straight across, and not down. That helped me.
YES!!! Update: I got the plat using this. I even skipped the jumping part since on New Game+ I use a bomb and then shot it to make the bridge fold out. Glitch still works even that way. If someone dont wont to jump more then they want to. Thank you so much for this video!

Worked for me, v. 2.08. I did it on normal NG, not NG+, because this way the enemies are easier, after defeat them I spent some hours trying the tricky jump but now it´s done! Thanks for the platinum.

Oh my gosh thank you so much for this. Still works for 2.06! I was struggling with Master difficulty so much getting 2 shot by everything even with NG+ having all upgrades. Saved me so much pain with this. Thank you again!
@@jatari4491 Yep! Checked my game version 2.06 and it worked for me. Biggest challenge was the jump over the boxes into the snowy area. Had to try that a few times before it worked.
I just commented saying I don't think it works now but I forgot to press triangle and pause at the end, then load again 😂. Yeah it still works mid Jan. Saved me a few days of grinding and wasting time. Ty.

Got back on after playing Alan Wake & kept pressing L2 for the sprint.. took me awhile just to beat the enemies you had to pass to get to the glitch since I completely forgot the controls. As of June 28, 2023, the glitch is still working. Version 2.08 I finished the game on normal mode and obtained all of the miscellaneous trophies. I then created a manual save at the end of the game and started a new game plus; finished the tutorial and did exactly what you did and it worked perfectly on the first time. Thank you so much!!! You have saved my sanity.

Works as on 4/27/2023 version 2.08. Just got the plat. It is not hard to replicate the out of bounds shown. Thanks for an amazing video. Can now go into playing Jedi Survivor feeling happy.
Ok a little easier method 1. Kill final boss on any diff 2. Manual save before last meditation spot 3. Exit and start new game on master 4. Make a manual save on master once you get to the village 5. Reload easy save after last boss 6. Triangle on meditation spot and immediately pause 7. Load any master difficulty save past the starting area 8. Plat 🏆 No need to glitch jump anywhere
I tried just now with 2.07 and it works perfectly. you have to be precise when you jump and when you start meditation, you have to quickly press triangle and options to switch to master save. a great time saver 👍😛

Had to kill all the trash mobs, they wouldnt let me make the glitch jump on the boxes and killed me in secs. I really loved the game but master difficulty is too tough for me the dodge parry was too chance time imo, i even platin all from software games (souls like). ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
IT STILL WORKS!!! Thank you!! Did it on NG+ and using the sticky bombs on the floating rocks does save you the trouble of having to do the dash jump across the river. Again, thank you! Master difficulty was getting on my nerves! And I've platinumed all of the Soulsbourne series including Sekiro!
For those who the glitch doesn't work,this worked for me,as soon as you're about to press the triangle to meditate press the option button and load your master difficulty game and the ending will still continue and youll get the platinum

Works on 2.06 If you accidentally finished the game you could just fast travel to the mountain shrine and make the manual save there. Do the rest as the video says.
Thank you. It's also a good a thing I only bought 3 charmstones (I realized this was for a 2nd playthrough) because I ended my first playthrough with 305 or 315 karma. All I had to do was play the prologue, get to the village, purify the center, look behind the house for the karma fruit (had 385 karma), get Taro's mask to open his area then go to the 1st house with the garden (use rot to grow it) to get my karma to 405 to buy the last bomb ability that cost 400. Didn't even have to deviate from the video. Note: I did the Master trophy first just incase then went back into the village center file to get my last ability within 2 mins. Platinum.

@@akatsukimi Yeah, the glitch is pretty easy. The master difficulty itself is challenging, especially on NG+. Also, it's a good idea to aim for every trophy except the master difficulty one.
I was having overwritten save from the end of the game and made manual save after finishing the game in the mountain shrine (free play), and it also works. Thank you so much!

This worked! I was a bit confused on the timing at the meditation point, but if you click pause right after you meditate, you can load the save. Wait to long and it won't work. Just make a manual save right before that and you will be good. Thank you so much!!! I love this game, and Expert kicked my ASS, no way I am playing master. I knew I was in bother when I couldn’t even get past the tutorial part on NG+ on master difficulty 😅 thank you for showing how to get this trophy hassle free ! Now I can enjoy getting the remaining trophies for the plat😄
As of April 2024 patch 2.08, this still works. You can use NG+ to avoid the jumping of the first ravine. Just use your bombs to extend the bridge. It also helps on NG+ when fighting the tougher spirits. Just remember to press the pause button immediately after pressing triangle to meditate. Do not allow the ending cutscene of the meditation to start. If the cutscene starts your load option will be grayed out. If you mess up, you can reload the mountain Hall from the autosave and try again
GG works like a charm even on NG+ with Master difficulty, Its actually easier because u dont have to do the first skip as u can already use the bombs. Enemys u face are much harder, but u still outrun them and be able to try the jump 2 or 3 times until they get u Big thanks to everybody involved, finding and presenting this. Its way to annoying to work through all the encounters even if u exploit the NG+ gemstone
It still works in January 2024! Thank you for this! I didn't want to go on Master difficulty right away, I wanted to speedrun it on NG+ with everything unlocked, but I see that the enemies are different than before and you don't get the health from meditation spots back, so that was a huge backdraw for me. I'd rather finish Dark Souls again than playing on NG+ Master.

Thank you. It's also a good a thing I only bought 3 charmstones (I realized this was for a 2nd playthrough) because I ended my first playthrough with 305 or 315 karma. All I had to do was play the prologue, get to the village, purify the center, look behind the house for the karma fruit (had 385 karma), get Taro's mask to open his area then go to the 1st house with the garden (use rot to grow it) to get my karma to 405 to buy the last bomb ability that cost 400. Didn't even have to deviate from the video. Note: I did the Master trophy first just incase then went back into the village center file to get my last ability within 2 mins. Platinum.
11/26/2022 - Still working after 2.07 update. Thank you. I've played first into one difficult above normal and WAS HARD AS FUCK. On master is quite impossible LOL. BTW what a beautiful game.
This game did not need a difficulty trophy. A trophy that was a cute reference to Avatar The Last Airbender would have been far better.

It's not working for me.
I've been trying for one hour.
It's either I do the "meditate, options, load village autosave" step fast and it just loads the save or I do it a little bit slower and it plays the cutscene, but there's not skip option and the picture also freezes at some point...
@@crossheritage just press start right after the triangle and load the autosave file.

Yeah, the glitch is pretty easy. The master difficulty itself is challenging, especially on NG+. Also, it's a good idea to aim for every trophy except the master difficulty one.
I was having overwritten save from the end of the game and made manual save after finishing the game in the mountain shrine (free play), and it also works. Thank you so much!

This worked! I was a bit confused on the timing at the meditation point, but if you click pause right after you meditate, you can load the save. Wait to long and it won't work. Just make a manual save right before that and you will be good. Thank you so much!!! I love this game, and Expert kicked my

I knew I was in bother when I couldn’t even get past the tutorial part on NG+ on master difficulty 😅 thank you for showing how to get this trophy hassle free ! Now I can enjoy getting the remaining trophies for the plat😄
No worries I was the same hehe. This was a god send.
As of April 2024 patch 2.08, this still works. You can use NG+ to avoid the jumping of the first ravine. Just use your bombs to extend the bridge. It also helps on NG+ when fighting the tougher spirits.
Just remember to press the pause button immediately after pressing triangle to meditate. Do not allow the ending cutscene of the meditation to start. If the cutscene starts your load option will be grayed out. If you mess up, you can reload the mountain Hall from the autosave and try again

GG works like a charm even on NG+ with Master difficulty,
Its actually easier because u dont have to do the first skip as u can already use the bombs.
Enemys u face are much harder, but u still outrun them and be able to try the jump 2 or 3 times until they get u

Its way to annoying to work through all the encounters even if u exploit the NG+ gemstone

I didn't want to go on Master difficulty right away, I wanted to speedrun it on NG+ with everything unlocked, but I see that the enemies are different than before and you don't get the health from meditation spots back, so that was a huge backdraw for me. I'd rather finish Dark Souls again than playing on NG+ Master.

You're a legend and it still works as of May 21 2023. I chose to do it in new game plus as you can use the bombs to avoid that tricky jump.
