    Secondly, how percent can it be predictable to fail to pass this perid and as a result, we have to leave Ireland after a while??

      Hello there! only a month of stay. The rest will be you. You may choose other accom for a cheaper price

    Hi sir, very informative po eto, bali yung adaptation is like R.L.E po nung nursing days natin? Sana may info din po sa Rcsi kung paano ang experience don, and sir tanong kolang meron bang book na pwedeng ireview para sa preparation for adaptation/rcsi?

      Hello! Yes parang clinical duty ung adaptation. Meron akong video about rcsi. Try to check ung collab with Golda sa videolist ko :) lang book ang adaptation. Ung rcsi, everything is in rcsi website under preparation tab!

      Wala pa din sir. Medyo nag stop sila ng pag accomodate po ng applicants because of the covid and the ban. Hopefully soon po 🙏

    Thanks for this video po🙏Sir you have mentioned here that adaptation will be started once you have the decision letter.May I ask po is there a certain time duration that you need to complete it?And is it advisable po na while waiting for the d.letter, we also have to look for the employer na para once may letter na diretso na mag adaptation once hired?

      Hi. some agencies are accepting applicants kahit wala pang decision letter as long as nasa educ assessment stage kana of ur nmbi. Employer mo ang magdecide whether you will take adaptation or RCSI here.

    Sir for the last 5 years sa nursing home yung experience ko dito sa norway pero hindi as Nurse, parang LPN yung equivalent, pero RN ako sa pinas. Mahirap kasi kunin ang authorisation dito dahil sa language requirement. Pwede bang mag refreshing course dyan leading to registration?

    how did u know that u will take clinical adaptation and not rcsi once u get in Ireland? dahil ba sa hospital na magiging employer mo? kasi nakapgprepare ka agad ng training uniform mo sa pinas ka palang eh... or do well have to prepare yang ganyang uniform ahead sa pinas palang kami regardless? same lang din ba for female?
    tapos ko na lahat ng vids mo today. looking forward sa new vlog.
    can u make one para sa mga dapat dalhin na gamit, yung mga importante lalo na work-related, tapos yung mga commonly advised na dapat dalhin, yung tipong "ay sana dapat pala nagdala ako ng ganito, ganyan"

      Depende sa hospital or employer yan mam. Some will require you adaptation, some RCSI. In our case, we knew ahead of time na adaptation kami. They will let you know. And usually nasa advertisement naman nila

    Hi Sir Raymond, ask ko lang kung pwede ka makapili ng area kung san mo gusto? Or it depends sa kanila kung san ka nila ilalagay?

      Depende yan sa opening nila mam. Usually nakapost naman whatever yung vacancies. BUT. Kung nasa ospital kana, you can definitely ask to move to other unit if you wish. :)

      It depends pdn naman sa work ethics mo. Pero to me, mas okay ung adaptation kasi parang duty lang din.

      Your salary will be a student rate. A pre registation if you will check in the salary payscale

      Hi. You mean CBT fr UK? Ireland is using a different guidelines. CBT is for UK.

      Yes po! Technically you are hired. U just need to accomplish the adaptation

      Hi. yes. its whole salary. But as student nurse rate. It will be adjusted once you have your nursing pin after adaptation/RCSI.

    hi again sir raymond! thank you for all your videos, you're giving us ideas talaga on how and what to prepare.
    any recommendations na pwedeng basahin pag Adaptation ang napili or nirequire? para naman atleast hindi tayo mag cram. 😅 ung rcsi kasi meron sa site.
    para ba itong osce sa uk? but they have handouts kasi to review ahead.
    any tips? aside sa mga experiences natin during college days. medyo a bit risky din po ata for us po na matagal na working experience.

      Hi there! Wala talagang reviewer ang adaptation as you are being assessed in your placement. But reading the rcsi website is a great way to be familiar with the policies and some forms

      Hello Eon! Ung 2 weeks induction namin 5 days a week yun. Then after wards shifting na. 3-4 days a week until the completion of your adaptation

      Hi. Actually it really depends nadn to which area you will be assigned. Even the hospital where I am working now. Dati puro adaptation lang but now i heard na if they urgently need staff for that area. They are asking the staff to do RCSI instead para mabilis. But most HSE big hospitals are doing adaptation.

    Mas mahirap kung minsan kung Pinoy preceptor mo but mostly naman maluwag sa mga Kabayan.. I know one Pinoy, pinahirapan ng husto, na bully ng puti (preceptor), ang ginawa nag request siya ng ibang Ward at yun nakapasa..

      In your orientation yes. But if you are doing the duty it should be 3x per week.

    Hi Nurse raymond, planning to go in ireland also.. me and my husband were both nurses and currently working in hospital dto sa pinas.. were planning sana na sabay kaming mag apply para isahan nlng din ang asikaso ng papers.. and hopefully, makasunod din ung 4 kids namin.. may nabasa din kc ako regarding full time ang father and mother can take part time to attend the childrens need.. what can you suggest sir? Need some enlightenment🤣 thank u po..

      Hello there! Yes possible naman yun na sabay kau pumunta. And once settled na eh bring your kids over. Pero mahirap ang salitan ng alaga sa bata lalo na kung toddlers pa. Kaya much better na isa eh parttime
