No need for latest reference letter. Pero ung agency will give you a form (employment reference) and that will be completed by your head.

Game On definitely yes... but here need mag icu course (in our hospital though) pero same lng naman ang salary kaya okay ndn ako sa hdu for now :)

Definitely! For the purpose of nmbi application that is okay. Magiging challange lang sa paghanap ng employer.
