The owner is the ultimate responsible person of accountability for the future potential memories of the Dallas Cowboys B cuz he cuts the paychecks
Every member of the Dallas Cowboys is a hired employee
Ur working for an Entertainment business
If Ur not attracting a lot of electrical attention as fans to win championships then why are U providing electrical power to an owner that refuses to delegate electrical power to a coach the same way the US military does when it goes to war
B cuz Jerry Jones doesn't trust anyone with power
He wants all the power but refuses to accept responsibility for the losses ❤in his water gossip column
      Jerry loves attention
And the more electrical life force electrical power attention U give him to feed his ego the worse Jerry gets in suffering from a mental health as a psychopath
Let's call a spade a spade here Troy
The sports media corporate empire keeps paying lip service to Jerry Jones to cover up the absolute TRUTH
      Jerry needs a break
And needs a healing Spiritual sanctuary to heal his heart and Soul Spirit Sun Temple essence to begin feeling loved again
Goddess only knows the last tyme Jerry Jones was in the presence of our Eternal Sun of Gods Pure internal eternal absolute love for Jerry Jones to experience that love in energy and that share that eternal love energy with his family and friends and employees
Jerry Jones is ur basic Racketeer
      Like RICO
The FBI already has a Racketeering file on the NFL
So let's get honest here about this

Jerry doesn’t want a strong-willed head coach who will challenge his authority . Schottenheimer is a safe, controllable option who won’t demand roster control or challenge Jones in the media.
Jones wanted to keep the same system in place to avoid disrupting Dak Prescott and the offense.
This wasn’t a football decision-it was a business decision. Jones picked a guy he can control instead of a proven winner.

The reality is that any head coach the Cowboy hire, experienced or otherwise will have to coach on a leach, hindering quite a bit of what they are capable of doing. I know in the past it was prestiges being the Cowboys head coach, but I think that is changing simple because any coach that comes here doesn`t get to play with the control they need to really say it`s their team and when they leave it hurts their next job chances because what people saw wasn`t all they could do. The bottom line is that Jones may say he wants to win more than anything, but his need to be in total control is really the most important thing and he shows that year after year.

To me, when Troy was taking about Kansas City holding back both Buffalo and Baltimore was spot on. Those two teams(Buffalo and Baltimore) get some of the best talent and Kansas City still comes out on top. Lots of people say it's the refs that rig it for Kansas City to win, but I disagree. It's like on the playground when I was 3 we had this huge sandbox when I was living south of Houston and one kid older and bigger than the rest of us came out and said, "What are y'all doing in my sandbox? No one plays in it without my permission". I confronted this bigger guy than me and said, "what presumptuousness". That's what Kansas City has gotten like. Once you win, it's hard to let it go.

No matter how great and successful the Cowboys legends were or how great the other football players and coaches in media were it doesn't matter what they say or think even if they're right. Jerry Jones is a multi-billionaire and was a billionaire before he bought the Cowboys so to him he's always better and smarter than all of them because of that fact. He's worse than just a narcissist....he's an 82 year old narcissist. NO ONE is going to ever give him advice or try to get him to admit what EVERYONE else knows. So until he and his equally narcissistic son pass on this is always going to be the same drama driven underachieving undisciplined franchise. Sure they can and most likely will have more great regular seasons and solid if not really good teams that make the playoffs but they'll NEVER get to much less win another SB under this families thumb.
