My significant other is Indian American and I have been so blessed and honored to attend a lot of beautiful Indian weddings. When I first started going to Indian weddings, I really did not know what to wear! As I learned more about the culture and events, I am now able to share my knowledge with others. There are a lot of things that go into Indian weddings, I hope I can make your experience a little bit more easy!
We have friends getting married and we are SO excited. This means I need to do some outfit prep.
Indian weddings are so different based on who is getting married and their culture. This video will touch on some of the things you should consider when getting ready for an Indian wedding.
I will walk through the outfits I will be brining to this Indian wedding. These outfits include, Sarees, Anarkalis and some "western" wear.
I should also mention, this is a destination Indian wedding which means the outfits I will be brining need to be light weight and easy pack.

Where did you buy the outfits ?
A few of my friends and I are going to a friend's wedding in India this year, and we plan on buying our wedding clothes there. Do you have any recommendations? She is from Lucknow, and is a Hindu from a highish caste, if that helps!
