When you in ubud.. try the green kubu cafe ..nice delicious chep local food plus western too and nice cooling place to eat... am from singapore and went there last week for my holiday... hope u try it.. cheers

It's not normal to do so but you can, If your country is normal to tip you might, many places don't tip for normal service.. The choice is yours Eric :o)
It is so wonderful to see people working very diligently for celebration. It is very warming. I love that feeling so much, paying respect is so much better than protesting and fighting over so many petty things.

When the car took off, you didn’t have your seat belt on. Lol. It’s great that you don’t have to haggle over the price of the ride.
Pretty much par for the course in a Taxi Ed, they don't say are you sitting comfortably? then we'll begin, it's arse to the seat and you're rolling, I had it on by the time we had moved 20 yards though LOL.
That's the beauty of these Taxi Apps, gone are are the days when the driver can rip you off big time on the trip to your hotel. I've been using them a few years now and in many countries and I love them, I don't care what anyone says about Uber, the improvement it's made to world travel is 10 fold.. Thanks buddy.

For me it's OK but you have to used to hectic traffic.
hello steve. having downloaded the app (in preparation for our trip in august to bali) and simulated the same path like you did (sanur to ubud) the app says 212K!!!!. Do prices go up with the time of day or??? for example if u look for a grab at night will it be more expensive compared to booking a grab during day time? grtz
Yes they vary a lot on demand and time of day but I am no expert on the app. this is just my experience.
Does this app work on the sim we are using locally in our own country or u need to take a diff sim as net can be a problem without sim?
