@@daquanb6728 and Darnell had to leave cause his mom, and before he was injured he was barely good that’s why he was crying over Spencer leaving because he needed him to be good in the first place. so when he got cam he tried to show out. but when cam left he wanted so badly for Spencer to pick him for starting QB. Spencer did what was best for him and still stayed loyal to his friends and Chris would get mad at him and take it out on him, he’s not very mature. so just think Darnell over Chris? I’ll chose Darnell he’s more mature and if he gets mad I’m sure he’ll still pass to Spence unlike Chris who’s a crybaby.

I’m into sports so that’s why I picked up this show they really emphasize the characters true skill and that’s what I love about this show, Spencer is beast, Asher is also beast but he let the steroids get in the way of how he plays because he was jealous of Spencer and screwed himself over, but I’m glad he’s changed and is doing better, Jordan is that average QB that could’ve been greater if he didn’t have a coach who was his father and could separate the job from family, and honestly JJ is so underrated like the writers make sure that the audience knows he good he just doesn’t play like he should because of the main characters but with these recent episodes it’s looking like he’s getting his recognition.
Chris deserves it! He's put in work from the very beginning. Coach Baker was right to pick him. Spencer really was bogus for what he did to Chris. Dar is great but he's a newcomer so he still has more to prove. Chris has already paid his dues.
No he's not wrong. He just went with his gut feeling. You can't let friendship cloud your judgement. Sure chris is Spencers best friend but that doesn't mean he has to pick him to be the quarterback! That's like a manager promoting an employee because he/she is their best friend. Doesn't matter if spence made the wrong choice or not. As a leader he felt Darnell was better talent wise not because of friendship. And that was very mature of Spencer.

Besides, don't think for a minute that Spencer didn't factor in Darnell basically being his brother .. because he certainly did. Darnell didn't put in all the work that Chris did. Nor did he even play in an actual game with them yet. There's time. But for right now Chris is QB1 and deservingly so. And trust as much as we'd like to believe that Spencer had no feelings involved when he made his choice .. it's just not so.

It’s like y’all still don’t get it lmao Darnell and Chris are BOTH talented QB. Darnell maybe has more cred but that’s Nevada. I actually went to the REAL crenshaw high and transferred to bishop Gorman in Nevada and the recruiting level is amazing out there. But I realize why baker gave Chris the title back. Chris was already talented at QB but after seeing him face temporary paralysis and coming back from it training hard it showed a true leader. Stats don’t make the player hard work does and Chris showed that so I too my hat off to that man and Darnell as well.
You can understand it but no good coach would pick Chris I mean I know it's just TV show but Darnell is heads above Chris and I guess proves it in the first game. And the school is on the line it ain't just winning and losing
