Can this stroller readjust for the baby when he grows up to 6+ or do we need to purchase another setup?

I believe the newborn and 6+ packs are sold separately

The pillow is not good to permit free head movements of the baby, it leads to plagiocephalia...baby needs to move his/her head freely, or it will be flat on the bottom. Do not put it.

Using a teddy on demo means do not put your baby on it.
