To be fair, the government is relentless in pursuing escaped prisoners. Even if they go to Mexico, they get caught as Mexico and many other countries have extradition agreements with the United States of America.

Kind of hard to moan when both couples are dead and thrown in the trunk of the car which was stolen by the two fugitives. At that point they are already doing 88 years in a Supermax prison they have nothing to lose. Life is life whether they have death penalty or not in that case it’s not like they had a chance of parole anyhow. Facing that amount of time I feel anybody in their way should’ve gotten killed In order for the two to stay out

Right and they are talking about stuff inside the walls, windows or vents of the jail and what could be on the outside. A full on diagram and map! I am not THAT smart. I would never be able to escape jail and I sure as hell wouldn't survive being in jail so as much as people piss me off, I must obey the law because If I can't escape like these smart guys then I rather not do anything that will get me in jail. If I could escape though I would do so much better than these idiots when they actually make it outside the jail's walls! It's like their brains get plugged in for just that situation inside of the jail then just as soon as they are free their brains go back to mush, like these six escapees who did meth or crack just as soon as they escaped and got a hotel. They could have made it! They had a full plan inside of the jail but just became dumbass people outside of the jail.

    • @marcingniecki9785

It's because they have time to plan, and some of them are so much in and out that they don't know how to handle life out in the world. When I was younger and an idiot, I did time because of my choices. Trust me, when you're in locked up u change and have time to focus and plan. Out here u have to think on the fly. Been reading the comments below about getting caught after the escape...It's absolutely baffling to me how so many of these men who have escaped don't have a set plan on what to do when they get out. Escaping from any prison is usually a very thought out and lengthy process of chiseling away at metal bars, roofs, making tunnels...and even after that miserable process some take the risk of getting injured jumping off building or getting shot by a guard during the escape...whats the point of going through all that risk if you have a mediocre or no plan afterwards...the cops never take escaped prisoners lightly, you are priority #1 on their list...in other words you better have a damn good plan when you get out or you are just wasting alot of time and effort.

It really defeats the purpose of prison control when someone gets sentenced to life, or life without parole. Now they know, they will never get out so they have nothing better to do than try to escape and cause trouble because what's 20 more years added to a sentence your never going to outlive. Its the prison system itself creating its own problems and making sure those problems never get fixed

Did you know that a "life sentence" in the USA is 20-25 years? It does not mean they will be in there for the rest of their life. Yes you are correct on the last sentence. Private prison system is corrupt and a for profit structure. You have a "war on drugs" which failed miserably and by some extent helped the flow of drugs into the USA and guns. These drugs and guns then are used and put people behind bars...sounds like a crazy conspiracy but once you learn how the government works and corporations and capitalistic society, it doesn't seem all that far fetched at all.

Which leads to mental health issues. I believe people need to be punished. But no sleep is pure torture. One of the best breakouts I've seen, even without having outside help " which can lead to recapture" they managed to be reasonably clever for a time.
Many of these they end up stealing a car drinking, doing drugs and generally drawing attention to themselves very quickly.
Heading on foot to a heavily overgrown area and laying low until things quieten down is a good move.
Authorities have no reports of a stolen vehicle, don't know if they were picked up via outside help, and only have a very rough idea when they escaped, sometime between midnight and 5 am.
Caught speeding, easily done when your in a rush, but going to slow or driving at a normal speed, might also draw suspicion when the law is on high alert.
Personally I despise these types of violent criminals who destroy society and have no regard for property or human life, but can't help hoping they pull off the escape and not get caught.
I'd bet for every successful breakout, there's a 100 who get caught with keys, saws or end up getting informed on

  • @Live-Life-Freely

The problem with these shows is the way they're made, you get a sense that they should be out. No, they're criminals and if they had committed some of these crimes against someone you loved you want them to do their time. Now is the amount of time given correct? that's a different discussion.

@@okay-yc3ef Irelands jail system doesn't see to be run for profit as seems to be the case with the US. Irelands system is fairly crap and probably does damn all to rehabilitate offenders....the US jail system however is in situ seemingly as an end in itself...how can you rehabilitate when much of the system is dedicated to eradication of people (some of who deserve it) and how can a system be anything bus self-serving to lock people away for 80 years or life on the three strikes rule....how can a man in his 80's be a threat to society?

It brought tears to my eyes , when the lone officer encountered those 2 fugitives. . The officer was lucky that the prisoner who had a gun didn't shot him. Thank God 🙏

Other prisons should hire this dude to come stay at their prison and find weak points within the prison so that the Warden can secure those weak points. This dude would make bank!

A great reenactment of the events, though we have no way of knowing the accuracy of what was portrayed. Well presented, well told, and good acting that held my interest all the way through. Kudos on a great upload. Two thumbs up.
