Sorry for being picky, but "Frosty's Winter Wonderland" never aired on CBS, like it's parent special. It originally aired on ABC, until the network purged itself of it's animated Christmas specials.

If you guys welcome this information the 1954 Frosty short was directed by Bobe Cannon. The script was written by Bill Scott, and Bill Hurtz. Bill Hurtz did the character design. All of the animation on the short was by Ben Washam and the assisting and clean-up was by Alan Zaslove.

The picture of Kris Kringle on the Paul Frees fact is from Santa Claus is Comin' to Town, where he was voiced by Mickey Rooney. In fact, Mickey Rooney played Santa in a number of RB Christmas specials, though Paul Frees was his voice in both Frosty and in Rudolph's Shiny New Year. The IMDB screencap for Rudolph and Frosty's Christmas in July says it is a "TV movie," not a theatrical release. According to Wikipedia, it was released on November 25, 1979, not July 1. And Annie North Beford is a pen name used by Jane Werner Watson, an author of many Little Golden Books in the 1950s.
Frosty Returns and The Legend of Frosty the Snowman aren't really sequels, no matter how hard they pretend to be. They have different characters, different voice casts, different crew, and in the case of Frosty Returns, different animation styles. Frosty's Winter Wonderland COULD be considered a sequel, but it's a poor follow-up to the original. It has a different narrator (voiced by Andy Griffith), different kids (Karen in particular is absent), and Frosty now wears a scarf that was conspicuously missing from the original. It also never mentions Christmas (even though the same can also be said for the song.)
