This will be my new home course as of tomorrow! My girlfriend and I are moving to Colorado from Illinois and Wondervu will be 20 min from our new place!
Eagle’s course record is -14 I think (there’s a sign at the beginning) Also fun fact..continental divide significance is water draining to the west goes to the pacific and east the Atlantic
At high elevation everything has a slight bit less glide. The puts that were missing short were likely because of that. Also wondervu is a personal favorite tough course of mine.
If you guys love mountain golf and want to travel up north to Canada, you should check out the Canmore Nordic Center course in Alberta. Insane mountain views right by a pristine glacial lake
I have played several mountain courses here in Colorado. DAMN!!! that Canmore place is so beautiful. I agree. We got nothing on the scenic views y'all got.
Arapahoe Basin ( plays the ski resort in Summer) starts at 10,500' & goes up to 11,500' elevation. Super steep elevation changes on some holes. Last time we played there, we got caught in an intense downpour near treeline and were freezing after. Great course but not the best Mountain course in Colorado imo; but I think it's the most "mountainy course". Discs fly noticeably shorter and much more stable. Tough hiking, thin air, steep elevation gains.
I spend every December in Denver (from wv). Discs definitely fly different even at 5000ft let alone 8000ft. I had to go all flippy for distance and after returning to WV, all those discs were almost rollers. I still got really good distance at altitude but I barely through overstable discs.
I moved here from So Cal. When my buddies come to visit I take them to Alta Vista and play at 10k feet. No one believes me how different flights can be until they get here and see
I live and practice at less than 100 feet. 1200 feet is where I notice my driver won't flip all the way over without adjustment. At 5000 feet I just leave all my stable discs at home.
Awesome video as always guys Love IT!! While your in Colorado you should play Beaver Ranch. It's just as amazing and plenty of open shots to just unleash and rip on a few down hills. You won't be disappointed I guarantee it!! Much Love bros!!
You guys should play Limestone Ledges in Maurertown, VA it’s a gorgeous course with three layouts including a “PDGA gold level” course. It’s only two and a half hours from you guys. Real beautiful.
Super cool to see you guys in Colorado! Would have loved to run into you guys on one of our local courses! Got any plans for any other courses in Colorado?
I've played disc golf in the Rockies a few times and it seems like every basket is uphill and surrounded by trees. It should be called Hiking Golf. Thanks for posting guys.
You guys should keep going up to the High Rockies. Some amazing courses within 3 hours of Denver is. Cross Creek - Gypsum CO Lake Dillon - Dillon CO (Best Scenery) CMC Leadville - Leadville (Highest Elevation)
Idk why but as soon as I saw Colorado Rockies in the title I knew it was gonna be wondervu. Insanely beautiful course, pretty hard I’ve only played 2 rounds there when I lived there and my best was +1. And eagle holds the course record there at like -11
BEFORE YOU LEAVE CO!! Please go play Alta Vista DGC, the owner has been designing it on his family land for 20+ years and it's the best mountain course!! Please don't miss!
When i saw them step up to hole 10, I was thinking oh no will they actually try to drive it. During tournaments I just do two jump putts and try to take a 4. 6's and 7's are common on it.
A little tip for playing in the rockies, put a wrist rocket in your bag. $20 will save you from throwing your arm out trying to get your disc out of a tree.
Traded in my Zone OS to y’all my only trip to the store in person for the same reason Hunter gives, still haven’t found a replacement, I’ve just given up on having a disc like I imagined it would be, though don’t take my gripe as a dig at the disc itself, the problem is me not the disc I’m sure
All those putts falling just a bit short … I feel seen, and I’ve lived in Colorado for over 18 years. Just wait until you drop in elevation and putt everything high for a while. Thanks for the great content.

Gotta ask if you feel discs are more stable up here at altitude ?
Where in VA are you guys located
Really wish you guys didn’t hate infinite so you could collaborate with Bodanza while you’re in CO
sounds like pirate talking about their undies 😂
Trev throws that white destroyer better then any disc in his bag. I can’t believe you left it.
I tried very hard. At least 30 rocks thrown into the tree
@@Trevorstaubdiscgolf I've lost a disc in that exact same group of trees...If I come across it I'll send it home
@@Trevorstaubdiscgolf I can't believe you don't have a disc retriever, it's not only for water, been poking plenty of discs out of trees too.
That spot is notorious for eating up discs. I put one up there as well.
This will be my new home course as of tomorrow! My girlfriend and I are moving to Colorado from Illinois and Wondervu will be 20 min from our new place!
Just moved close by as well, originally from Michigan. Let me know if you’d like to link up for a round!
That little buzz at 16:34 is a broad tailed hummingbird, well adapted to high elevations.
So sick that y'all came to Colorado! I've been watching for a few years now, can't wait to see y'all play Beaver Creek👏🏻👏🏻
Eagle’s course record is -14 I think (there’s a sign at the beginning) Also fun fact..continental divide significance is water draining to the west goes to the pacific and east the Atlantic
I love when Silas is on the camera and gives us wildlife sightings 😂
"Might want to check the radar" lmfao welcome to Colorado!
For real! Down in the Springs, you get sudden and quick storms all the time.
Welcome to the West, boys
Love the “we three trees/ kings” reference from Silas😁
Our tallest point in central and southern Florida is a land fill. Would love to see a mountain for a change 😂
Do not disrespect Mount Trashmore, it is a monument to our culture.
At high elevation everything has a slight bit less glide. The puts that were missing short were likely because of that. Also wondervu is a personal favorite tough course of mine.

This is my favorite course in the Denver area! Thanks for coming out boys!
Hunter singlehandedly gave this one away 🤣🤣
Also Trevorado is a beast to be reckoned with!
Continental divide put in simple terms is where a drop of water either flows east off the rockies or west off the rockies.
Thank you for waiting out the rain. Heard you waited 2 and a half hours in your van. Wondervu is a lot of fun.
Bigfoot arguing with a squirrel lol you better run
Thanks for making my even round out there last week feel better boys! 😅
Just played this course for the first time last week. Fun to watch you guys play it.
I’ll be there in a couple of weeks. Thanks for the preview!
I absolutely love this course
I was at 14,500 feet in Ecuador in May, and there’s no way I could have played disc golf up there - even walking downhill was a struggle 😂
Arapahoe Basin ( plays the ski resort in Summer) starts at 10,500' & goes up to 11,500' elevation. Super steep elevation changes on some holes. Dang now I need to go visit my brother up there and play that course, looks like a ton of fun. Can't wait to see the next video, keep em coming.
We need a “Trevorado” or “Colorado loves Trevor” tee shirts.

Flat top Firebirds are only for extremely windy days of 20mph gusts for sure here in Denver.
@@wcuppyHaven't tried that course yet but I noticed the same at Arapahoe Basin. Crazy how different the disc flies even compared to Denver.
As a Colorado disc golfer this is exactly what I needed
Awesome video as always guys Love IT!! While your in Colorado you should play Beaver Ranch. It's just as amazing and plenty of open shots to just unleash and rip on a few down hills. You won't be disappointed I guarantee it!! Much Love bros!!
Being I live here in Colorado. I'm going to have to try this course.
That non-slippery rock is probably granite and a big reason why the Rockies are still rocky, it's really hard. Super cool course!
Respect the grind💯💯
You guys should play Limestone Ledges in Maurertown, VA it’s a gorgeous course with three layouts including a “PDGA gold level” course. It’s only two and a half hours from you guys. Real beautiful.
GO TO BEAR MOUNTAIN! Right in beautiful Bailey Colorado! Dan Hart is the best!
You guys should do a europe tour like you did on the west coast bu in europe
Those Colorado blue spruce catch batter than most baskets.
you guys should play at harvest fields disc golf course in PA. It is like 5 miles past Penn States football field.
Super cool to see you guys in Colorado! Would have loved to run into you guys on one of our local courses! Got any plans for any other courses in Colorado?
I have played this course and its hella fun. worth the drive outside of denver to play
We have those baskets at the course in Vandalia, IL
I've played disc golf in the Rockies a few times and it seems like every basket is uphill and surrounded by trees. It should be called Hiking Golf. Thanks for posting guys.

Altimeter readings are indeed in MSL hunter, that is if your altimeter is set to the right pressure in inches of mercury
Can you guys do a flight number video. Like what disc to choose and how to you know what you disc is going to do
Welcome to Colorado! Trevorado!
Would be sick if ya guys did DGLO for next monthly match👀🙄
The boys really out there putting.
My favorite course in CO for sure. From what I’ve played, only Beaver Ranch is comparable.
Fantastic course
Idk why but as soon as I saw Colorado Rockies in the title I knew it was gonna be wondervu. Insanely beautiful course, pretty hard I’ve only played 2 rounds there when I lived there and my best was +1. And eagle holds the course record there at like -11
Haha zero humidity...... Ignore the thunder 😂 had me dying
The Road to Treverado 🔥
I'd love to see you guys play McClelland in Joplin Missouri. It'd be interesting to see how "good" players handle it. Bring a ton of big spray though.
10:30 love how Hunter went from an eagle look to a par
There is an airbnb in florissant colorado with a private 9 hole that is amazing!
Spoiler shield 🛡
Stop juuuuust stop
Stop
Goooooo!
True hero
😂
Hunter is cheesin with the disc flip. You gotta start throwing that thing higher lol
BEFORE YOU LEAVE CO!! Please go play Alta Vista DGC, the owner has been designing it on his family land for 20+ years and it's the best mountain course!! Please don't miss!
We do love the Fairway in the Sky here in Colorado.
Wondervu is a great course!
As a fat old man, I'll enjoy it from my couch. Have fun!
My boys came to watch y'all at Beaver. God speed
Yall haven’t played anything till you go to beaver ranch disc golf course!!!
They did for the bros vs pros match
Patience young padawan.
I love Wondervu. Much better vibe than Beaver Ranch.
Both great courses, I particularly like the mini putter course to warm up before playing Beaver but my favorite is Bear Mountain.
Gosh I can't wait for Diamond X.
Great anny flicks Trev
Hunter reading the elevation should be the final piece of evidence to anyone who doubted he does the course conquest intro.
Gotta throw the thumber/tomahawk on that tight ass gap on the par 4 that Hunter tripled. They are consistent and don’t move that far side to side
Thank you for the wild life moments.
Also great viewer work out 10 pushups per hole. Hunter makes sure you have plenty of time between holes.
Wish y'all had a meet up or something would love to play a round with y'all 💪 we got some dope courses in Colorado
Brutal putting...
Damn, you guys are high.
I wish
Good one
Should have been...that's how you wait out the rain at wondervu
Beaver Ranch or Bear Mountain are far better. You could also do a Putter course face off, one of the best things about Beaver for sure.
I remember when I played this course a few years ago and I couldn’t relate to all the rock throwing any more
Welcome to disc golf at altutude
Proposed to my girlfriend on hole 12, best course I’ve ever played
Trevor you’re undefeated in monthly matches without the Shark! Coincidence? I think not!!
Welcome to Colorado, where the weather can change in a split second.
Team Trev Forev!!
This is one of my local courses one of the best in Colorado
Traded in my Zone OS to y’all my only trip to the store in person for the same reason Hunter gives, still haven’t found a replacement, I’ve just given up on having a disc like I imagined it would be, though don’t take my gripe as a dig at the disc itself, the problem is me not the disc I’m sure
Try out the Streamline Runway
Couldn’t imagine discs having a long lifespan in this kind of environment
What putter does Hunter use?
Silas, have you ever been to Texas? Nobody has flags everywhere like Texas.
All those putts falling just a bit short … I feel seen, and I’ve lived in Colorado for over 18 years. Just wait until you drop in elevation and putt everything high for a while. Thanks for the great content.
Love wondervu! Eats my lunch with a wimpy forehand
Silas… have you been to Texas?
You guys need to come back to Utah and play Solitude.
mach 3’s are rampant in CO
Beaver Ranch, you must play there.
West Coast rule #1, bring layers!
cant wait for yall to play cactus rock at some point
Thumbers and tomahawks can be your best friend in these woods
Just wait 15 minutes it will pass and come back. Btw Ponderosa Pine have red bark because they soak in iron. They are like lightning rods.
Ok i think one of these two is going to move to Colorado!:):)
5600ft no risk of altitude sickness.. had to be 8-10k and above
I moved from Colorado back to NC last year, and I'm pretty sure I'd give my left leg to move back.
Always leave it to Trevor to act like a horrible putt was a spit out 😂
It's not flippy discs that get effected more it's higher speed drivers that get the most difference
Go Play BEAVER RANCH GOLDS!!!
Also, all the putts are on uneven footing so definitely plays into hard putting
RIP Toasted Marsh, it was a good run o7
