I take the rack out of the air fryer basket, put in the fat and cook my roast potatoes just as if they were cooked in the oven ❤ I love stuffing and parsnips too. I tend to make a load of stuffing, make lots of balls and freeze them but they need to be defrosted before cooking (also done in the air fryer) I know you done have the space to do this but if you have leftover stuffing you can freeze it. ❤

MAZZY you're AMAZING I suffer from CHRONIC FATIGUE that means my body is like lead. You'd think I'd ran a marathon. HOWEVER on good days if I wake up at say 5am I have found that if I DON'T go back to sleep I'm BETTER ONCE I've woken up lol. It's so interesting to me that you mentioned it. You have my empathy and I'm wishing you well you BEAUTIFUL YOUNG LADY x

I've lost the amount of Sunday Roasts I replaced with sausages or minced beef. It's still a delicious Sunday Roast. Onion gravy goes with all roasts. You're a great cook. Keep up our British Traditions EVERYONE BRITISH
Hi Mazzy, just a concern after watching you guys for a while now Ive noticed your both always tired and feeling like you both have no energy and headaches. Do you have a carbon monoxide detector in the van? . It's not to scare you just when you were away from van you you guys seemed different in energy levels. Worth meantioning
When your cooking and one thing goes wrong , why is it , it all goes wrong,? Never mind I am sure it will taste ok. Sadly must one of those days. We all have them . 9/10 it happens when we want it as a special dish day, It looks ok .

Add a drop of boiling water to your onions whilst frying them, it softens them right down.

Always remove the spoon from your food before putting it in the fridge as it can make your food taste Metallic
