LIVE SHINY CHANSEY after 16 phases and 174,249 REs in the FRLG Safari Zone! W/F? (Safari Week 2021)

WOW I am still in shock, it still feels like a dream. I finally found Shiny Chansey in the Safari Zone after 16 phases and 174k encounters. She appeared after 15,344 on this final phase, and it was my first phase in the area during Safari Week 2021! This was such a cool experience, I never knew how finding her would feel until it happened. This was definitely my most exciting moment ever as a shiny hunter, and with that also came by far my loudest reaction lmao.
I was also doing the level 26 repel trick for the last 6 or 7 phases. It brings Chansey from 4% up to 5.3%, as well as getting rid of Paras and making Exeggcute less common, both of which I have the lines completed of already. It may not seem like a big increase, but it saves on average about 7 phases to find her since her percent is increased by 33%!
Total stats: 16 phases. 174,249 REs. 10,890 average per phase.
