If we're going to state facts then perhaps take in to consideration that Beyonce hasn't been sidelined or trapped by a 13 year conservatorship, has been married to one of the biggest rappers who owns a multibillion pound empire to ensure that his wife has the best life, access to the best producers and so on. The same can't be said about Britney.
To single her out because she hasn't been capable of performing/putting out new music because of her 15 or so years in the wilderness is a pretty unfair comparison.

The only reason that happens is because Beyonce keeps performing everywhere she can whereas Britney stopped performing after VMA 2007. Britney has only performed a handful of times since the conservatorship started, and most of that was 2 weeks before the album release. Once she started Vegas, Britney didn't even perform on TV to promote album release, you have to travel to see her. If Britney performed on award shows and festivals etc. as many times as Beyonce, her albums would sell double what Beyonce is selling.
