Hi, I found your channel only few days ago and finished watching all your videos right now. It was really interesting, please keep a good work! The only thing that I missed especially in the middle of the season is more construction/renovation material. For example like in first few videos with a house. And of course can’t wait for next video :)
Thank you! Awesome that you like it. I would also love to do and film more building videos, but we didnt end up doing that many big renovation projects last year. But there might be more in the future!
If you grate kohlrabi bulb on a grater you can use that mass instead of regular cabbage. It tastes way better. I use grated kohlrabi for all basic meals where I would otherwise use cabbage so as a a slowly boiled side dish to potatoes, or in central European cuisine as a side dish to dumplings with meat, even as fermented and pickled in jars. The best kohlrabi as substitute to cabbage for me is the white giant kohlrabi variety as you get way less work with that while grating instead of going with many small bulbs in a row. One more benefit of using kohlrabi as cabbage substitute is that it provides sure harvest even in places where cabbage white butterfly is prominent. It may sound strange at first that grated bulb can create similar texture to sliced cabbage leaves but one must try to believe. The grater must be with classic large longitudinal meshes. Good luck with growing!
Kohlrabi is an important crop!😉 And why is not kale one of the 12 main ones? It grows post frost nights, which is especially beneficial when the growing season is so short. Inspiring video, must be so joyful to plan the next season, build on what you've learned the previous seasons. So many beautiful pumpkins...😊
Hi, my name is Liuba. My family and I, we also moved to Norway last summer and we live almost in the woods :) I am so happy that I found your channel, because I want to start to grow my vegetable garden. And I saw how hard it was for our neighbors, because of last summer weather. So I am wondering is it possible to grow the vegetables here. But as I see now, everything is possible. So Thank you so much for your video again. I also have a TH-cam channel, I bake sourdough bread at home and make food so if you are interesting in that, I can share a link with.
Yes it is absolutely possible to grow vegetables here! It is a full time job, but its a lot easier if you work with nature and not against. Good luck! I have never tried baking sourdough but i would love to learn!
Thanks man! Im growing one type of cosmos this year! I found a seed packet but i wont say no to more!! I think they might be one of my favorite flowers
I would like to suggest a video about the process of buying land or farm in Norway. I am in looking for a plot and have no knowledge about the legal process and fees. Thank you.
Love what you2 are doing! Beautiful property. I look forward to seeing your garden this coming season ! 😄🌞🌿🐝💦🌻
Thank you! The garden is going to be 🔥 this year 🌻

Nice work! I can advise to grow Cosmos flowers. They are amazing and do so well in our climate. I can bring seeds next time I visit you.
